I noticed her as soon as she got here. Watching as she made her way over to the other girls. The woman is sexy as sin. When I noticed a few of the guys noticing her, I felt something I don’t usually feel about a woman. Jealous.

I keep my eyes on her even while playing with the kids in the sand. Mostly just to be sure no other fucker talks to her. For some reason, I’ve decided she is mine. For how long remains to be seen. Right now, I’d settle for just tonight.

When I notice Titan head directly for her and demand attention I hide my smile as best that I can. That’s right boy, soften her up for me.

I stay away during the bar-b-que not yet wanting to go up to her. Another first for me, I normally like to get it over with. Something tells me I need to move slowly with this one.

“Seems your dog has made a new friend.” Prez says taking a seat next to me at the table.

“A beautiful one too.” Blood adds, taking the other seat.

“I hadn’t noticed.” I shrug playing it off.

“Liar!” Blood laughs. “I’m surprised you’ve not moved in for the kill. Could it be that this one doesn’t seem to notice that you even exist?”

“I’ve noticed that as well.” Prez agrees.

“Could you two just fuck off?”

They both laugh at that suggestion.

A few hours later when the party is winding down, I watch as she leaves saying goodbye to the girls.

Right before she heads around the building she looks back, our gazes colliding even through my shades. I grin in her direction and watch as her face turns the perfect shade of red.

I wonder if she turns that color all over.

Fuck! I gotta find out that answer. Adjusting myself, I whistle for Titan and head towards my jeep ignoring all the pussy clearly on offer. I don’t want anyone else but Jesse to calm this ache. No one else will do.
