Oooh this should be fun… I nod my head and take her lead. Grateful I have some people like her in my life here.

Greyson-
I’m sitting across the bonfire like a total creep just watching Lottie have the time of her life.
Stacks throws her head back so far in laughter her hair bounces off her ass. Long brown hair she curled my favorite way tonight, in big waves that remind me of the beach. She is making rounds, taking shots, and dancing with my friend. She keeps using her hands when she talks to Frankie. I bet her accent is strong and her words are missing their “R’s” right about now too.Fuck, she’s adorable when she gets tipsy.I knew those two would hit it off, I just never imagined I would be an outsider looking in. At this point I’m sure Frankie knows who Lottie is to me. I could corner Frankie and ask her to give me some answers, but I know her, she won’t say a damn thing. Plus, I want to hear them from Lottie’s mouth.
The music is thumping from the huge wireless speaker in the back of Clark’s Chevy Silverado. He’s one of my fellow linebackers and a big part of the reason we won our game tonight. This is his family’s farmland, and we use it as a party field often. His older brothers started the tradition and we’ve helped Clark carry it on. It's the perfect spot, secluded and surrounded by trees.
There are over a hundred people out here, but my eyes can’t seem to leave Lottie and all her perfection. She has on these tight-ass jeans with holes all over them. They hug her ass and show off her round hips in all their glory. Her top is cut short, revealing a sliver of her stomach above her jeans. It's long sleeve, black and shows off her new-found confidence. I am a jealous man watching all these douches drool over “The fine-ass new girl.” I am also proud as fuck. Seeing Lottie hold her head high and own her beautiful body has me so happy. She finally knows how damn perfect she is. I just wish I was the man at her side as she flaunted it.
Taking another swig of the beer I’m babysitting, I watch her throw back the fifth of liquor she and Frankie have been passing back and forth. Her lips around that bottle has me thinking of exactly what those pretty pink lips and mouth are capable of. She’s killing me, I miss her so fucking much. I miss her voice, her touch, her laugh… her pussy.
I want to work through this bullshit and make her mine again, but first I need to know that she won’t put Ethel’s stupid requests before me again. Especially not that fucker Jacob. I assume he’s no longer in the picture, but I need to hear it from her. I will never allow another Roberts to fuck with my head again.
Lottie stumbles towards the bonfire and I’m on my feet before I can think twice. One of my teammates catches her before she falls. I can’t hear what she says to him, but I hate the way his hands are lingering on her curvy hips.
Hands that are still there when I approach them. Before I can stop myself, I’m gripping his wrist to the point of causing pain judging by the grimace on his face. Greg quickly lets go as I pull Lottie into my arms.He looks at me with his brows furrowed. I level him with a stare and bluntly say, “Don’t even think about it.” Greg must be smarter than I give him credit for because he listens and backs away.
Lottie turns around and looks at me. “Grey... I knew it was you.” And then she boops me on the nose. Actually fucking boops my nose. I can’t help but smile because I’m desperate for any attention she’ll give me at this point.
“How’d you know it was me?” I ask.
“I could feel you, and then I could smell you.” She giggles. “How do you smell so good? It’s not fair.” She shoves me and moves towards Frankie, putting her arm around her neck and kissing Frankie’s cheek.
And now I’m jealous of one of my closest friends. Well jealous of her cheek at least.
“You were right G, she is the best.” She looks to Frankie, and I notice her face changes from drunk happy to drunk sad.
“He told me we would hit it off because you guys are a lot alike, but I know you will never betray me. Right, Frankie?”
What the fuck… betray her? Where the fuck did that come from? Did her grandma get into her head to make her think that?
Before I can comprehend what she’s implying, Lottie is grabbing Frankie’s hand and dragging her closer to Clark's truck. Everyone is crowded around, going wild to “Jackie Chan"by Tiesto and Post Malone.
I dash towards them. Frankie is closest to me, so I grab her arm. She lets go of Lottie and turns to look at me. With concern on her face, she pauses, and we both look to see Lottie joining Remi in the crowd. She doesn’t seem to mind as the song changes and she starts ‘walking it out’ to “Walk it Talk it"by Migos. That has me smiling about a memory of this summer. Lottie and Ashley have a thing for 2000s rap and hip-hop, so they know all the dances and like to add them into the new shit.
I know Frankie is watching me stare. She knows me well enough to know why I stopped her, so her next comment doesn’t surprise me.
“Not tonight, G, but you two need to have a serious conversation.” I nod my head, knowing she’s right. Lottie is way too tipsy. I need to get answers about the cryptic things she’s been insinuating. First that confusing Amber text, and now this.
“Frankie, has she told you everything?”
She looks weary. “G, don’t ask me to get in the middle of this. I really like her, and you’re like a brother to me. This conversation deserves to be between the two of you, which is basically what I said to her as well.”
We both look Lottie’s way to check on her and she’s watching us. “I’m going to go over there with her. I’ll watch out for her tonight, I promise.” She pats my arm and walks away.

It’s a few hours later and we’re taking the party back to Frankie’s house since her dad is staying at the clubhouse.Doing God only knows what with my dad and some soccer moms who want a ride on the wild side.
I don’t move far from the girls at the bonfire, feeling the need to keep my eye on a drunk Lottie. When Frankie comes over and mentions some of them are going back to her house for a kickback, Nox and Ford jump all over that. Frankie and her dad live beside me, so I probably would go either way, but there's no question since I know Lottie will be there.
After several failed attempts of trying to convince Frankie they need to ride with me, I finally give up. She informed me that Lucian is already on his way to get her and there is no changing that girl's mind once it's set. We aren’t super close, but I know he’s good people and always has Frankie’s back. Honestly, we would probably be tighter but I met him through Frankie and when she’s around, his full attention is on her. He worships the ground she walks on, and I know he wouldn’t do anything to put her in harm's way. He hangs out with Snow a lot, so I am so fuckin’ glad when I see him pull up alone.
When we get to Frankie’s, I decide to raid Gunnar’s stash and roll a fat blunt since I'm not drinking. I know he won’t care as long as I replace it. When I come back into the living room everyone's sitting around talking shit and passing around a bottle of tequila.
