I head out for my morning run to clear my head.

We have a busy day at the bar today. We have to do inventory, and Easton and I always devote a lot of time to it; only coming home to sleep and do it all again.

I run for an hour until I make my way back to our penthouse. Usually I would go longer, but I want to see Holly before she decides to leave and I won’t see her for a few days.

When I get back inside, I hear noise in the kitchen. I walk in there and see Holly sitting on the counter eating a bowl of cereal.

She jumps when she sees me. “I thought you all were still sleeping,” she says, breathing heavily.

“I was out for a run. The other two are probably sleeping. They are not easy to get out of bed in the mornings,” I say with a chuckle.

I move closer slowly, so that she can stop me if she wants. She smiles softly at me as I fit myself between her legs and glance down at her bowl.

“I see you found Easton’s Lucky Charms. I don’t know how you guys can eat that shit,” I say grimacing.

She shakes her head with a smile. “It’s good. Let me guess. The bran in the cupboard is yours.”

I chuckle, but nod my head and she makes the same face I just did.

“Well, don’t expect me to eat that shit,” she says sternly.

“I won’t, don’t worry. Dylan and East won’t touch it either,” I admit.

“Well, it’s good to know some of you have taste,” she says with a smirk.

“Babe, you are lucky you are eating,” I growl in warning.

“You wouldn’t dare to do anything, especially since I’m pregnant,” she says, trying to give me innocent eyes. I laugh and kiss her lightly on the cheek. I move to pull away, but she locks her feet behind me.

I raise an eyebrow at her.

“I like you standing there,” she says with a careless shrug, but she’s got a blush on her cheeks.

A throat is cleared and Easton walks into the room. He kisses me softly, and kisses Holly lightly on the cheek since she’s still eating.

“I’ll make your shake, babe,” he says with a wink at me.

“Oh, I’m sorry. You probably wanted to make that. Didn’t mean to keep you hostage,” Holly says with a gasp.

She tries to move her legs from around me, but I hold onto them so she can’t move.

“Don’t worry about it. I quite like being your hostage,” I say lowly with a wink.

“Alright,” she says, tightening her legs again and grinning.

Being here with her like this in the morning is everything. She’s exactly what we have been missing from our lives.

Dylan walks into the room minutes later and grins when he sees Holly and me. Easton hands me my drink.

“I like trapping him like that too,” he says with a wink, causing Holly to break out in laughter.

I shake my head at them, but don’t deny that I like it when they want me close.

Who wouldn’t want them close?
