By the time Matty gets back, I’m curled up on the couch with a heating pad because my uterus is attacking me like it’s her given right to do so.
The bitch can be angry all she wants; I’m not impregnating her just to make her calm her shit.
“Doll, you really look like you need a doctor.” Creed is pacing the room, and I roll my eyes before grabbing the closest thing to me and whipping it at his head.
“Sit the fuck down and shut it, Creed,” I grumble, and Hope comes out from under the couch to curl up against me and the heating pad.
“Sorry! Shit, you didn’t need to throw things at me.” He’s shaking his head and Tor gets up from the foot of the couch, punching him in the face, making me smile.
“Aw, thanks, Tor!” I say, cheerfully.
He chuckles, beaming at me as he sits back down.
“Why are you laying on the couch looking like death?” Matty asks, making the others groan as I stare him down.
“Because I’m on my period and my uterus is being an ugly bitch for not knocking her up.” I watch as he swallows, his face pale.
“Right, forget I asked. I don’t want to know.”
I smirk as he moves back a few steps, trying to get farther away from me, when the door opens.
Lukas walks in with Corden right on his tail, both of them looking at the room before settling their eyes on me.
“Scratch, what’s wrong?” Luke moves towards me fast, and I sigh as he lifts me up and sets me in his lap.
I quickly rearrange the heating pad on my lap before Hope jumps back up.
“I’m fine, just got my period,” I huff, and he sags in relief.
“Do you need anything? I know you get some bad cramps.”
I give him a small smile and shake my head. “No. Creed and Barren bought out the entire pharmacy. I’m okay.” I look to Creed as he smiles.
“Anything for you, Doll.”
“Can you grab me some Aero bars?” I question, and he snaps up to run to the kitchen and grab some more of my coveted chocolate.
I don’t mind sharing considering there’s enough there to feed a small country, but they best leave those bitches alone unless they want to die.
“He even got you chocolate?” Cord sounds flabbergasted, and Barren groans.
“Dude went crazy and bought the whole fucking store, rambling on about how Google would never let a man down, and blah blah blah.” He’s shaking his head as Creed comes back in, handing me a couple of Aero bars.
“Hey, I didn’t know what female products she liked. You’re the one that told me to buy every single item of chocolate they had on the shelves.” Creed shrugs, dropping back down to his chair.
“Wait. You went shopping for tampons, and then bought all of the chocolate?” Cord looks at his brother with wide eyes, and Barren just shrugs.
“It’s better than getting her pregnant or having her kill us in our sleep for doing something stupid.”
They seem to all weigh the words before nodding in agreement. I could be pissed at them, but the chocolate is definitely helping me not give a shit.
“Alright, let’s get this shit sorted and then I’m taking my girl to bed.” Luke squeezes his arms tighter, and I sigh, laying my head on his shoulder, still stuffing my face with chocolate.
“Talk about what?” Ollie asks, just randomly coming back into the room, and I feel myself blush.
It’s the first time I’ve been in the same with him and Luke together, and part of me feels slutty. The other, bigger part of me, is patting myself on the back for living my best freaking life.
“Ollie.” Luke nods to him, a knowing smirk on his face, and now I’m not sure who is blushing more between the two of us. “Was just about to call you up.”
