The winter air quickly swoops in on me, but just as fast, Ollie’s warm lips are on mine and I can’t hold back the small moan that leaves me when the hand that was just tickling my cheek moves behind my neck and grips, pulling me tighter.
I open for him, and he takes. His tongue swoops in and battles my own for dominance, caressing me like he wants to devour me, yet somehow making it feel like the softest touch on earth.
He moves in over me, crawling up my body and laying us both down into the snow again.
Between the kisses and the snow, I’m a shivering mess by the time Ollie releases my lips, letting us both up for air.
“Let’s get you back inside. I don’t want you catching a cold out here,” Ollie whispers, searching my face for the millionth time.
“What are you searching for, Ollie?” I have to know at this point.
“I’m searching for that fire, Haliee. I’m searching for the girl that stabbed Creed and put that psycho in his place. I’m looking for the girl that delivered the biggest fuck you in history to Daniels, and the girl that can’t even be bothered to respond to Amber because she’s so far beneath her. You still that girl, Haliee?” Ollie asks, holding my gaze.
“I didn’t realize I’d let her slip from me. My dad…” I start to say but trail off quickly when Ollie cuts in.
“Raised a goddamn soldier, Haliee. He raised you with thick armour and a heart set on freedom. He raised you. Trust him,” Ollie says passionately, and I can’t even deny the power he’s filling me with.
He’s absolutely right. I have spent too much of my life on the run and afraid.
When we came here, it was to take my life back and finally live like Dad always wanted me too. Now that Ollie is making me see reason, I’m ready to stop whining, and fucking fight!
“Atta girl. There she is,” Ollie says, kissing the corner of my mouth.
“Let’s get inside and warm up.” Ollie jumps up and helps me to my feet.
Looking back down at the snow angels, they are a mess. It looks like two animals were just rolling around on the ground. I can’t help the bark of laughter that leaves me either when I see an ass cheek imprinted in Ollie’s angel.
He grabs my hand and drags me back through the door, helping strip down the snow gear and boots. Then he guides me upstairs to the bathroom and starts a hot shower.
“I’ll step out and let you warm back up,” he says, ducking his head as a blush blooms on his cheeks.
“What’s wrong, Ollie? You’ve never seen a woman before?” I tease before remembering something.
“Why no, Haliee, I haven’t. It’s only ever been men for me, and I’ve never topped before. So, I guess technically I’m a virgin on that front,” Ollie says, rubbing the back of his neck, looking a touch embarrassed.
“Ollie? Are you gay?” I ask, feeling a touch of that same embarrassment from our kissing session in the snow.
Did he only kiss me to make me feel better, or was it because he likes me?
I’m so lost in thought that I startle when Ollie slides up to me, chest to chest, lifting my chin to look me in my eyes.
“No, Haliee, I’m not gay. I’ve just never been interested in being with a woman until you,” Ollie says before leaning down and kissing me tenderly.
I feel the fire ignite in us both as the kiss quickly turns heated, and we start pulling at each other’s clothes while backing up into the shower.
When the warm spray hits us, we don’t even notice, too engrossed in one another to care.
Ollie slams me back against the shower wall and grabs my thighs to wrap around him, making me moan.
He looks into my eyes, searching for permission to explore me, and as soon as I nod, his hand reaches between us to touch me.
Ollie moves his hand through my core, exploring until he hits my clit making me gasp.
He smiles at me. “Is that where it feels good, Haliee?” he asks, and starts rubbing slow small circles around it, and has me a panting mess in no time.
“Ollie, please,” I whimper, pulling his mouth back to mine and pant against his lips.
“I don’t know what to do, Angel. What if you don’t like it?” he whispers, the worry and fear clear in his eyes, and I shake my head.
