“Control freak,” Brayden says back before joining Carter and me.
“Alpha, what do you offer our luna?” Adler asks like a natural born shifter. This has to be strange to him, but he hasn’t said as much or reacted to anything we’ve told him. He makes a good addition to our pack.
“I bring my blood and allegiance. My heart and my soul.” Everett is quick and efficient. He wraps his hand and takes the bowl back from Adler so he can have his turn.
“Nurturer, what do you offer our luna?” Everett asks.
Adler holds the knife point up, letting the blood slide toward the hilt as he studies the dagger.
Raven’s eyebrows pinch together at his silence, and I’m two seconds away from ripping his head off when he clears his throat.
“I bring my blood and allegiance. My heart and my soul.” His blood mixes with ours, and he tosses the knife up, catching the tip of the blade between two fingers.
“Luna?” he asks.
Carefully extracting the knife from his hold, Raven clutches it at her side, her knuckles turning white with how hard she’s gripping it.
“Luna. We offer ourselves to you. Do you accept us as your own?”
Her eyes cloud, the look she gets when her wolf is speaking to her, and she slowly lifts the knife.
Placing it against her pale skin, she nods. “Yes. Six wolves, one pack. One bond to hold us together. You are mine, and I am yours.” The blade bites into her skin, and her blood wells to the surface, dropping into the bowl.
I take the knife from her, and she glances at me, eyes suddenly lighting like she was in a daze and woke up. Her gaze drops to her hand, then jumps to the bowl. She dips her finger into the blood and coats it.
Stepping forward, I close my eyes while she draws a line from the middle of my forehead down to my chin. I catch her finger with my teeth, just barely, and she makes a noise in the back of her throat.
“Six wolves, one pack,” she says before going to Carter to repeat the same thing. When she reaches Adler, he sets the bowl on the bedside table. She marks him and repeats the words.
“Now you come to the middle,” Carter says, but she’s already moving, guided by her wolf.
Once she’s between us, she lifts her hand and puts the same line of blood on her face.
“Six wolves, one pack,” we all say together.
A wolf bursts from Raven like a ghost, leaping toward me.
I grunt when her power slams into me, twining around my wolf before bursting out of me and into Carter. The luna weaves her way through each of us, taking bits of us with her as she goes. She jumps back to Raven, hitting her square in the chest and disappearing from sight. As soon as the wolf is gone, my wolf howls in my head.
Not because he’s sad, but because we can feel her. I can sense every part of the pack through the link. My wound heals, no need for shifting with the bond. One of the many perks. The main perk releases a burst of laughter, red hair tumbling over her shoulder.
“That was amazing!” Raven’s chest heaves, and her smile is nearly my undoing.
How can something so beautiful ever want to be with someone like me?
I grab her, spin, and pin her back against my front. My heart thumps in my chest, terrifying and exciting me all at the same time. She’s so deliciously innocent. Running my nose up the column of her throat, I inhale, groaning when I catch a whiff of her arousal. Beneath the trembling heart and hesitation, she’s more than ready for the next half of the ritual. The consummation of our pack. “Let’s get you out of these clothes,” I whisper into her ear, smirking when she shivers in response.

RAVEN
Draco’s voice rumbles over my skin in a dark caress, making my pussy clench in need. His strong hands move from my arms to the hem of my shirt, easing it up. Lifting my arms to help him, I cross my hands over my chest before dropping them. I’m not going to cower. This is our night, and I won’t hide from them.
“Very good, Little Red.” He presses his palm against the base of my stomach, nudges my neck over with his nose, and places a kiss on the sensitive skin.
My eyes flutter closed and a moan passes my lips, letting them all know I’m ready.
Another set of hands pulls on my pants, and I stare into Adler’s stormy amber irises. His rougher, yet equally as gentle fingers undo the button then the zipper. Separating the two sides, he slips his palms inside, brushing over my thighs before slowly dragging the material down. Draco holds me steady as I step out of them and Adler tosses them aside, backing away so Brayden can take his place.
