Thrusting forward, I rotated my hips as I clung to his shoulders. Simon pulled me as far as I could go, holding me there as he began to fill me. His thumb reached down, swirling my clit in a circle, and I fell over the edge as I climaxed, my body going limp against his.

Panting, we both laughed as we stared at one another. “I definitely think I prefer to work out that way any day.”

“Me too, Lemon Drop, me too.” Grinning, we climbed out of the bed, and I stretched my muscles, a little sore from all the walking the day before.

“I guess we should shower and pack up. I want to hit Grant’s Farm when it opens. Do you think we’ll have time to visit the horses there too?” I asked, walking into the bathroom as Simon followed.

“It’s a huge place, so it might depend on what we all want to see,” Simon offered as I started the water.

“How do you feel about the competition? You haven’t done hair in a while. I wasn’t sure if you were still interested in it.”

We stepped into the shower together, closing the glass door. Neither of us answered while we took turns standing under the water to wet our hair. Simon began to massage some shampoo into mine, never able to miss the opportunity to play with his favorite guinea pig.

“I love hair. I think I was just bored of the salon. It wasn’t challenging anymore. Outside of you and a few people who wanted to branch out color-wise, it was the same cut and style day in and day out. I want to do something more. SIT is a good chance for me to practice my skill and see what’s cutting edge. If I could do more with hair, that would be my happy place.”

“I’m excited for you then. I hope you discover what it is you want.”

“You feel like helping me out then?”

“How so? Need someone to shampoo for you?” I asked, stepping back and rinsing out the suds.

“I was thinking you let me give you a new look.”

I looked at the blue and purple locks and thought about what he was saying. It had been a few months since I’d changed it. “I could go for that. You always give me a killer look. What are you thinking?”

“I want to keep it a surprise.”

Sighing, I fake rolled my eyes, knowing I trusted Simon to give me an awesome look. “Fine. But I want to tattoo something else on you then.”

Simon took a deep breath but nodded. “Fair’s fair.”

We hurried through the rest of our shower and began to get ready, blow-drying and styling our hair. When we exited the bathroom, we found the brothers eating some food on the table. Slade pointed to a tray, and I eagerly walked over, my stomach ready for some delicious food. I was only in a robe, but I didn’t rush to change since I was with all my boyfriends. Since Zane was here, Simon didn’t feel the same and grabbed his bag, changing before joining us at the table.

“How was your workout?” I asked, looking at Slade and Zane.

“Not bad for a hotel gym,” Zane said, smiling at me.

“I think you had your own workout,” Slade rumbled, looking at me with heat in his eyes.

Taking a bite of a pancake, I shrugged, winking. I could tell he wanted to lunge for me and have his own way, but if we wanted to get to the farm when it opened so we had the most time to spend there, I knew I’d have to stop that train of thought.

“If we go and see the horses, we can pick one for me to take. Just think of all the rejected ones that don’t fit the description. They need a home, too,” I begged, puffing out my lip.

“Not happening.”

“Fine.” I pouted, sighing as I finished eating my pancake.

Getting up, I took a few slices of bacon with me as I dressed and finished packing our belongings. A few minutes later, we all headed to the van, excitement bubbling up in me at visiting the farm. Last night’s altercation with the thief was a distant memory.

Sighing, I pushed it from my mind as I focused on the day ahead and what we would be preparing for tonight. Before I knew it, we were pulling into the gates of Grant’s Farm. The place already had a magical quality, and the prospect of seeing animals had Zane and me bouncing in our seats.

“I’m so glad we made it here. This place houses over 900 rescue animals. It’s the kind of thing I wouldn’t mind doing someday,” he said with a wistful voice. I peered over at Slade, and it seemed I wasn’t the only one who had noticed his voice. I pinned it away, knowing I didn’t want Zane to lose who he was. Being a vet was important to him, and I wanted to encourage that, however possible.

Since it had just opened, the line wasn’t too long, and we were on the tram a few moments later, breezing through the grounds. The tour guide up front listed facts and pointed out the different types of animals. It felt like we were in the habitat with the animals and not in Missouri. This place was really cool.

Stepping off the tram and into the central part, I peered around, marveling at the architecture. “It’s beautiful,” I exclaimed, taking in all the different features.

“It was the Busch family home and designed using German architecture,” Zane said, peering around.
