Luke had fucked the bejesus out of me, and he didn’t do it with ass slapping pelvic-breaking pounding either. He was so well endowed I don’t think it would have been good that way. We’d gone at it three times before our bodies gave out.
My mind hadn’t eased with images of us, highlighting every moment and playing it back. No other man had ever managed to flood me with so much satisfaction.
I squeezed my thighs together and crossed my legs at the ankles to keep my pussy from quivering. I couldn’t let this man know I was hooked.

The men had goneon a reconnaissance mission for a few days, but it felt like a year. Like a hawk, my wide gaze had been glued to the door, even when they’d informed of their return time. Luke had also been texting me the whole time.
When the sound of a car engine found my ears, I was up and on my feet, heading for the front door. Laura produced a gun as she peeked out of the window. I shuffled from foot to foot as Laura glared at me in disgust over the way I was acting.
“It’s a damn shame,” she said under her breath, shaking her head at me.
When I realized they were coming in through the garage entrance, I made my way toward the kitchen.
I did a run, skip, and hop getting to Luke when he emerged and opened his arms at the sight of me. He gripped me in a tight hold, his fresh scent, and warmth wrapped around me as much as he was. His breath whispered into my ear. “You missed me?”
“Yes. I missed you so bad. I was so worried about you,” I whispered back to him.
I squeezed, tightening my arms around his neck, loving the way he made me pulse with life. When I was around Luke, I forgot about the bad. I forgot about the storm swirling around us. I embraced the joy he surrounded me with.
The repeated clearing of Laura’s throat urged me to let Luke go. Dax wasn’t anywhere in the area anymore, but Laura presented Luke and me her stink-face like our affection made her sick.
“You two done yet? Two days apart and you are acting like you’re married or something,” Laura spat.
Luke’s presence had filled me with so much happiness, it didn’t allow me the room to be irritated so I greeted Laura’s comments with a smile. Luke did the same. She was a grumpy cat if there ever was one.
It wasn’t our fault she and Dax were pretending they were less than I believed they were to each other. And I knew she wasn’t talking about somebody acting married. She and Dax acted like those couples that were sour and boring in public and tore each other apart in the bedroom.
“You mind telling us if we are free from these DG6 assholes or what?” Laura glared up at Luke while holding her hand above her forehead like she was blocking out the sun. “Your grumpy buddy didn’t say shit before he took off. What’s his damn problem anyway?” she continued, not realizing her irritation at Dax was being aimed at us.
“The coast was clear as far as we could see,” Luke replied. “We even put in a special request that D use his tech expertise to spy on people and any areas we presumed to be suspect.”
With that, Laura walked off, no doubt going to give Dax a piece of her mind before they found their way into bed together.
