Mack smiled. “You have all the control over this situation, every bit of it. We’re only going to do what you want to do.”

“If that were true, we would already be doing it,” she said, walking over to him and trying to kiss him again.

“Nejra, sit down.” Mack patted the bed next to him. “We’re going to talk first.”

“Is this part of how you do sex?” she said as she plopped down next to him.

“No, it’s not part of how I do sex,” he said, smiling, “but it’s going to be part of how I do sex with you.”

Mack pushed himself back against the wall and reached out to pull Nejra between his legs with her back resting on his chest. She immediately rested against him, pulling his arms around her. He leaned his head down and kissed her cheek, letting his lips linger a bit.

“You’re a virgin?” he whispered.

“Yes.”

“And what happens down the road when you want to get married? Your husband’s going to know—”

“Then he will have to accept it or he can find someone else to marry.”

Mack laughed softly to himself. She definitely wasn’t scared of him or any other man.

“You say what you’re thinking, don’t you?”

“I always have. My mother told me men didn’t find that attractive.” She looked up at him. “Is that true?”

“I can’t speak for all men, but it’s not true for me.” He kissed her lips lightly. “I like a woman who knows what she wants.”

Nejra turned her body around to face him. “Prove it,” she whispered.

Mack shook his head and smiled as he pulled her onto his lap, pushing her legs wide so she was straddling him.

“Yes, ma’am,” he said as he weaved his hands through her long hair and pulled her in for a deep kiss.
