He chuckled. “What does that mean?”
“Like I have never been kissed like that before. Sucking on my tongue and all that. You nearly swallowed it. I am sure only grown grown men kiss like that. It felt so good. I really can’t believe—oh my God!” My hands went to my head.
“What now?”
“I have to tell my parents that I am about to move across the world with a man that I barely know and he’s eleven years older than me. They will murder me before they let that happen. Can you kiss me again to calm me down?”
“Don’t push it, Grey. You get one of those a day and maybe a kiss or two on the cheek or forehead.”
“I’ll take it,” I blurted out, grinning.
“You had no other choice. Now, when you get home, please please take at least six hundred milligrams of Motrin, Ibuprofen, or something like that. My cream I normally massage bruises with is in New York.”
“But you brought your paddle?”
“You want me to bend you over again?”
I shook my head quickly.
“Now that we got a little understanding of how this goes, I trust that you won’t make me bring the paddle to you again over a nigga being in your space.”
When I opened my mouth, he raised his hand and closed it into a fist.
“The only thing you need to say is yes, Sir.”
“How did you know that I was going to say something else?”
He ran his fingers down the side of my face, moving some of my hair. “Because I know my Babygirl.”
My cheeks started to warm. Anything he called me would get that reaction out of me. It didn’t matter if it was Grey, Ms. Greysen, or Babygirl. All those names had different meanings to me.
“Get back inside before Elle thinks I’ve killed you.”
I looked at my phone and I hadn’t one text or call from her. I opened the door and got out.
“See you in the morning,” he said as I shut the door.
Shit!
Why did he have to put that back on my mind?
Back at the table, Elle perked up when I approached the table. Her smile was so wide as I eased in the seat.
“About damn time. Big Daddy spanked you again?”
She looked inside the restaurant just as Diesel was taking his seat.
“Your face is red as a tomato. You okay?”
I nodded my head. “I um… I um… have never been called a slut before in my life and gotten turned on from it. Elle, this is not going to be good.”
“Why?”
“Because I believe that I am already in love. That man was in the truck sucking on my tongue. I’d never had that before. I’m in love and the only thing he’s done to me so far is hurt me.” I chuckled. “I don’t even know how big he is. And he’s thirty-seven. I never even thought to Google that or ask him how old he was. Now that is another thing I have to tell my parents.”
“Girl. It’s not like he’s fifty-seven. He’s thirty-seven. Fine as hell. Rich. You’re twenty-six and a baddie. Get paid and have fun. I want the best for you. And you need a break from this place. Regardless of what happens after this, you are going to come out of this a different person. Trust me.”
The waitress walked over to the table. “Your tab has been added to the Danger’s tab.”
