“I thought you wanted to kiss me,” I said between moans, my hand reflexively moving to the back of his head.

Nico looked up at me, his lips glistening with my cum. “I never said where.” He winked and then licked me, forcing my eyes to snap shut. “Eyes on me,passerotta.”

Unable to catch my breath, I opened my eyes and looked at him.

“Watch me devour you.” He gripped the backs of my thighs and lifted me off the bench, sucking my clit into his mouth. Nico wasn’t joking about the devouring part because he ate my pussy like it tasted better than anything he’d ever eaten. “Look at me on my knees worshiping you. Fuck, Ava. What are you doing to me?”

I didn’t have an answer for him.

Besides, I was too busy enjoying every second of him splitting me in half with his tongue. He licked and sucked and tasted every bit of me until I rode his face and screamed his name. But somehow, knowing people might catch us enhanced my pleasure. I gripped his short blond hair in my hand and ate up every second, rocking my hips until I was breathless.

He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand, his blue eyes gleaming. “You’re mine, Ava.” Nico sat beside me on the bench and kissed me, palming the back of my head as he deepened the kiss. “So fucking mine.”

“This is confusing for me,” I confessed. “Before you came to New York, I had a different plan for my life. And now, I’m living in your hotel and working for your family. Not to mention what I’ve done with your brothers.”

His thumb glided across my bottom lip. “You’re ours.”

“You hate your brothers,” I pointed out. “None of you get along. So how do you expect to share me?”

“I don’t hate my brothers.” He dropped his hand to his lap. “We fight like any family. But we will do anything for each other when it comes down to it.”

“So you’re okay with me being with your brothers?”

He nodded. “I want to see you with them.”

I smiled so wide it reached my eyes. “Oh, yeah?”

“Yeah, baby.” He gave me a quick kiss that left me breathless. “I’d love to see you handle them. Especially Angelo and all of the freaky shit he likes.”

Nico’s cell phone rang as the gondola stopped on the ground, ending the ride. “Fuck,” he groaned, shaking his head and removing the phone from the inner pocket of his suit jacket. “It’s Dante again. Sorry, passerotta. Duty calls.”

ChapterTwenty-Nine

DANTE

Iwas good at reading people. Years of studying cheaters and card counters had taught me a few things. And the second I spotted the deception on Ava’s face, I knew she was doing something shady behind my back.

I sat on the couch in my living room, phone in one hand and a glass of scotch in the other. Nico smoked a cigar across from me, the smoke gathering around his head. Stefan was in the kitchen eating while Angelo was out on the balcony on the phone.

Nico tapped the ash on the tray on the coffee table. “So, what did you find?”

“I had our security team run the footage of Ava through the artificial intelligence software. She’s hiding something.”

Nico took another puff from the cigar. “Like what?”

“Don’t know yet.”

Then I handed him my phone to see the footage of Ava in her office. She stared at the computer screen with a few accounts open, biting her bottom lip.

My brother studied the short clip I had analyzed and slid my phone across the table in front of me. “Ava bites her lip a lot. I don’t think that’s a tell.”

“Well, I disagree with you. And so does the card counting software that catches cheaters every day.”

“You don’t know her,” he challenged. “I’ve spent the most time with Ava. She’s scared. We ruined her life and forced her to work for us. Stefan says she screams out on the balcony every night.”

“She does,” Stefan added as he walked into the living room, rubbing his full stomach. “It’s something her therapist told her to do.”

I snickered. “Sounds like she needs a new fucking shrink.”
