I feel sick as I look around at a place that is so far removed from my own it brings tears to my eyes. We are no angels but we have standards which apparently the Dragons don’t have because this place is filth of the highest level. Just thinking of touching one of these brutes makes me want to hurl, which makes me thankful that Axel warned them off me.
Luckily, the guys soon drift off to bed with their women in tow and I am allowed to head to my room and gather my sanity. It is now painfully obvious I need to move on this mission fast because I am not staying here for a moment longer than necessary. It’s time to get this mission done so I can get the hell out of here.
Chapter 5
Millie
Ihardly slept a wink all night. I managed to barricade myself into my room just in case one of the guys decided to try his luck and yet all I could hear were the sounds of sex all around me. The headboard shook as the couple in the room next door were hard at it all night, and the screams and moans made me wish for noise cancelation headphones. Above me, another couple pounded the ceiling and the screams coming from the other side, made me wonder if the girl was scared, or so turned on she lost control. I couldn’t even pull the pillow over my head because the smell of that alone made me gag. I’m not even sure if these sheets weren’t already used because they reek of sex and have a few suspect stains smeared all over them.
The dawn breaks along with my last nerve and I head out of the room to gain some much-needed fresh air. I’m doubting anyone will be around because these guys appear to have been up all night, so I’m looking forward to a stroll around the neighborhood, hoping to find a coffee shop or diner nearby because the thought of eating here makes me lose my appetite in an instant.
The coast is clear and I head outside and decide to ditch the car and take in the air instead. It’s going to be a nice day; the sun is waking up and its warm rays are already wrapping me in comfort as I walk along the sidewalk of a place that time forgot.
The Rubicon where I normally live, is far from town and in its own land. Nobody ever comes there, and that’s just the way we like it but the Castle, is in a very rough neighborhood judging by the trash littering the street and the battered houses I pass. I’m already having second thoughts as I walk briskly along because the cut-offs and tight tee I shrugged on are revealing a little too much for comfort, and I wish I’d worn my jeans instead.
I pulled my hair back into a ponytail and my curls bounce around behind me as I look desperately for somewhere to eat but the more I see the more I wonder if this was such a good idea.
Two guys are leaning against a wall on the other side of the road and I try to act unconcerned and march on past, but I catch their attention and my heart sinks when I see them heading my way.
I walk faster and yet they act unconcerned and jog up behind me. “Hey there, what’s the hurry, you’re a stranger around these parts, aren’t you?”
I say nothing and keep on walking, and one of them grabs my arm.
“I said wait up.”
His tone is ominous, so I spin around and face them, my eyes blazing. “Don’t you fucking touch me.”
“Hey, a wild one, just how we like them.”
I don’t like the promise in their eyes, or the fact they are way bigger than me. Two against one, not my preferred ratio, but I’ll have to go with it.
Facing them off, I snarl. “Listen, back off. If you want to help, tell me where I can find something to eat in this godforsaken place.”
I watch in horror as one of them unzips his pants and leers, “I’ve got something you can eat.”
I roll my eyes. “Put it away, I’ve had bigger hot dogs.”
The other guy laughs, but my heart sinks when the guy’s eyes flash angrily. “You laughing at me?”
He steps forward and I sneer. “I don’t see anything that amuses me, so no, I’m not laughing at you. Just for the record, I’m not interested in anything about you, so as I said before, back off unless you can tell me where the nearest diner is.”
“Turn right past that house, it’s in front of you.”
The other guy says blankly and I nod. “Thank you.”
I turn to go and walk quickly away, anxious to get some distance between us. The trouble is, in doing so, I forget the golden rule of combat and turn my back on them and as I turn right, my heart sinks when I see it’s a dead end. In fact, it’s an alley with nothing but a chain-link fence at the end, and as the men block my escape, I feel like such a fool. Way to go Millie, fall into the most obvious trap possible.
Sighing, I turn and face them as they advance slowly. “So, what’s this, you wanna gang bang or something?”
The men look at each other and laugh. “You got that right.”
“Come on then, I haven’t got all day, I told you, I’m hungry.”
I place my fingers on the waistband of my shorts and unfasten them, staring at the men with hunger in my eyes, and toss my head back and gaze at them seductively. “Who’s first, show me what you got?”
Their stunned expressions make me want to laugh as the first guy unzips his pants and reveals his raging hard on. “I want to see you both, see if I can take the two of you at once.”
The other guy can’t drop his pants quickly enough, and I lick my lips. “Um, interesting.”
