Micha slipped down the bed and whimpered as he wavered on his feet but he steadied himself as he followed Eldon back into the bathroom.

Arden was in the middle of the huge tub. Bash sat on his right and Spooky was swimming back and forth. Arden stood as Micha got close to the tub and helped him in. The nephilim groaned as his aching muscles were soothed.

The water felt fantastic all over and he sank against the dragon. They sat there and no one spoke as they all relaxed together. Micha let his eyes close for a second as he enjoyed the moment.

Gamble eventually woke up thanks to Spooky licking his face.

“You lick me one more time I will dunk you Spooky,” Gamble groaned.

Micha shook his head at their shenanigans. As he glanced up at Arden and his heart squeezed. The nephilim pulled back and fidgeted as the idea he’d been holding onto for a while came back to the forefront of his mind. What he was thinking about wasn’t common. In fact it was rare for nephilims to do.

“What’s the matter birdie?” Arden scooped water into his hand and poured it over Micha’s shoulders and wings. Delicately taking care of him.

“Micha?” Bash called gently.

There was no need to hesitate. They were the ones he loved with every fiber of his being.

Micha sucked in a breath and spread one of his wings. He already knew which ones to pull and who they were for. He stood up and plucked out five feathers. Each one was slightly different then the other. All together his feather’s looked the same pink and blue but separately they had slight differences.

“Micha, what are you doing?” Spooky asked.

Sinking back down into the water, Micha moved over to Eldon first. He handed over the feather that was dusted with blue spots. “This is for you Eldon.”

The vampire reached out for the feather and smiled. “I will treasure it. Thank you.” They kissed and Micha relaxed even further. “Love you.”

Warmth spread over Micha’s chest. “Love you too.”

Pulling away he moved over to Spooky and Gamble. He looked at the witch and familiar duo. “This one is yours and yours.” Gamble’s was mostly blue with only a hint of pink at the tip. Whereas Spooky’s was a rich pink with a speck of blue near the tip.

“It’s so pretty and soft,” Spooky said. He reached for Micha and the nephilim fell into another kiss.

Gamble only waited enough time for Micha to suck in a breath before their lips clashed together.

Bash sat up as Micha moved toward him. The bear shifter’s eyes were searching Michas but he said nothing as he waited.

“This one is yours Bash.” He handed over a pink feather that was nearly white.

Bash took it, his green eyes going to the feather and a soft smile appeared on his face. He said nothing as he yanked Micha to his chest and captured his mouth in a heated kiss.

Last was Arden and Micha audibly swallowed as he made his way back to the dragon.

“Micha.”

The nephilim smiled. “This one is yours, Arden.” The feather was the perfect ratio of blue and pink. “Nephilim’s feathers are considered sacred. But the most precious ones are the ones given from the heart.”

“I love all of you and this was the best way I could show you,” Micha said. His voice caught and Arden pulled him in close.

“I love you too birdie.”

Six MonthsLater

Arden wiped the sweat from his brow and checked the time again. Justice raced toward him and he blocked her hit with a grunt before he glared at her.

“Taking phone calls is not part of training,” she said.

“I didn’t know dirty sneak attacks were either,” he snapped.

Justice propped her hands on her hips. “Ezra!”
