He saw tears fill her eyes once again. “I also hope I can get my tough ass wife back. The tears are killing me, baby.” He tugged her close, wrapping his arms around her. He held her tightly against him, breathing in her scent.

There were a lot of things in the world he could live without, but he’d quickly come to the conclusion that Melissa wasn’t one of them.

“We’re going to be amazing parents. The club will have our backs, and we’ll take care of our children.”

“Children?” She tilted her head back to look him in the eye. “You think we can have more than one?”

“Yeah, I really do.” He stroked her hair, and smiled down at her. “I’d love a big family.”

“You know what, I think I’d like a big one as well.”

“Then let’s do it, Mel. Let’s have our big family.”

She snuggled in close to him, and he closed his eyes, already imagining a bunch of kids running downstairs Christmas morning. He’d love it, and he knew Mel would as well.
