As much as Ididn’t want to return home and instead spend the rest of my life traveling with Meadow, I missed our son. We would have to plan to take him with us next time, so I could show both of them everywhere Sunny and I had visited together. And I would have to take Meadow back to that club.

Before we left, I made a point to thank the owners. Meadow and I never did get a chance to see any of the theme rooms. I ended up ordering us room service and feeding her while both of us remained naked and content.

“I wish we could have stayed there,” Meadow said as we pulled into her parents’ driveway.

As Meadow slipped out of the car, her parents took that moment to come out of the house with Andrew right behind them.

“Mama, Daddy, Grandpa said I can have ice cream for supper. Okay? Okay.” He ran into Meadow’s legs, throwing himself around her.

She laughed, crouching until she was at eye level with him. “How about you have at least a sandwich first and then you can have ice cream? Or maybe Daddy will let us get pizza for supper.”

Andrew’s eyes widened. “Can we, Daddy? Can we get pizza?”

“Sure, little man, we can get whatever you want.”

“Did you hear that, Grandma?” He ran back to Meadow’s mom. “Daddy said I can get a spaceship.”

“Wait, what?” I frowned. “I said no such thing.”

“You have to be clearer with him.” Meadow laughed, coming toward me and hugging me around the middle. “Daddy.”

That single word sent a shiver down my spine. “I’m not Sunny but, baby...” I cleared my throat, pulling away from her before I did something her father wouldn’t like.

She laughed, blowing me a kiss.
