“Cool, I’m gonna go get more stuff so we can snack on while we play. Any requests?” She looked at each of us. If I was bolder, I think I would have told her to lie on the coffee table and we could snack on her pussy. It was the wrong thing to think of, because my dick got excited just picturing her naked on the coffee table with one of our heads in between her legs. I wondered if she was a screamer.
“Aiden?” My attention snapped to Jane as she looked at me expectantly.
“Uh what? Sorry I didn’t hear you.” I sounded like a fucking tool or, in Jane’s words, a dildo.
She raised her eyebrows at me like she knew what I was thinking. Shit, I hope she couldn’t see the semi I was sporting. “Did you want anything specific?”
“Uh, no I’m good.” I saw Callum and Nathan smirking at me. They knew what the fucking I was thinking.
“Ok, holler if you think of something.” She went back to the kitchen.
I threw the pillow I had at them. “Fuck you guys.”
Nathan laughed. “Smooth bro.”
“It’s not like you didn’t have the same thought as me.” I rolled my eyes.
“Yeah, but we didn’t get caught like a deer in the headlights.” Callum smirked, taking a sip of his beer. “I thought it and then mentally put it away for later. Gotta be smart, dude.” He tapped his head.
I rolled my eyes at them as Jane walked in with a tray of different snacks. She bent over and sat the tray down almost in front of me, giving me a superb view of her ass. I swear the universe was against me this evening as I looked up to keep from getting hard again. I heard a snort from the other side of the room, and I knew the guys were fucking having a field day with this.
“Ok, let’s do this.” She sat down by Callum, who was already making a dent in whatever Jane brought out. I looked out at everything she laid out for us, making me feel something I wasn’t familiar with. She brought out napkins, plates, utensils, and everything we might need to just relax in the living room. I even saw a few soda waters that Callum liked in the bucket too. Is this what it was like to be in a relationship? She was very thoughtful about whatever she did for us, making her completely different from most of the girls we had over.
I looked up at Nathan, and I think he just had that realization, too. He looked over at Jane, who was making herself a plate of snacks and sneaking Tango a few things here and there, like he couldn’t believe she did this for us. We hadn’t discussed it in great lengths, but I know if we all had a choice, we would like a woman at home with us, but what woman would want three damaged men?
Nathan snapped out of it and handed Jane a controller. He explained the game to her, helping her pick out a character, and we did a few rounds to help her get used to the game. She was awful and unfortunately came in last in all the games. She was hilarious to watch as she stuck her tongue out, leaned her body to help her turn and screamed anytime someone hit her with a shell, or anything.
“You’re doing great.” Nathan tried to encourage her as we started another tournament.
“I think I’m getting it. I got tenth place, so who knows? I might just kick all your asses this round.” She gave an evil laugh. “I’m surprised y’all haven’t started a bet going.”
“They know they can’t beat me.” Nathan sounded cocky. I mean, he wasn’t wrong, he was really fucking good, but I knew he was baiting Callum.
“Oh, yeah? Let’s make it a hundred then.” Callum rose to the damn bait.
“Fine, we each put a hundred, and the winner takes all.” Nathan pulled his wallet out and put his money on the coffee table, and Callum did the same thing.
Jane’s eyebrows shot up like she couldn’t believe they were betting 100 bucks each. “Wow, I was expecting like a twenty-dollar bet, but this sounds serious.” She got up from her chair and went to her purse to pull out a hundred dollars in twenties. “Why not?” she shrugged, laying the money down and then leaning down to pet Tango.
Nathan looked like he was getting excited because he knew he was going to win.
“Jane, you don’t have to pay to play.” Callum looked at her, confused.
“It will be fun.” She smiled. “Plus, money is always an excellent motivator. What about you, Aiden? Are you in or are you chicken?” she goaded me, mischief in her eyes.
I studied her for a moment; seeing her happy like this was probably a good thing. “Fuck it, why not?” I threw in my hundred.
“Hell yeah! Let’s do this.” Nathan got excited, and I knew he thought it was already his. I looked at Jane, biting her lip, looking like she wanted to laugh. Her poker face was slipping, and I think we were all getting conned by sweet little Jane.
We chose our characters and started the first race. Nathan and Callum were so focused on each other they didn’t realize Jane was right behind them the entire time. She was less vocal, her face was determined, and she stopped leaning. She hit Nathan with a red shell right before the finish line, so Callum was first and she was second.
“What the fuck?” Nathan yelled, getting up from the couch. “How the hell did you beat me?” He glared at Callum, and I laughed because he still wasn’t aware that it was Jane who screwed him over.
“You’re just losing your touch, dude,” Cal teased Nathan. Both were oblivious to Jane, the con artist. She was biting her lip again to keep from laughing.
The second game was much like the first, except Jane screwed over Callum, letting Nathan win.
“Son of a bitch!!!” Callum got up from the floor. “I swear this damn game is rigged.”
