He dipped his head to the side. “You’re not going to talk?”

A smirk formed around his lips and I stayed frozen. “Is this caused by some physical disability, or is it that you just don’t want to talk?”

I was going to be sick.

He seemed to enjoy taunting me.

Much to my horror, a third man came into the room. I knew there were three of them, but now to be in this tiny room with three scary men, I—

I couldn’t breathe.

The third man had blue eyes and blond hair cut short. He eyed me curiously, as if he couldn’t figure me out.

“Nikolay, that’s enough. Do you really want to toy with the little kitten?”

The man named Nikolay shot the blue-eyed man a grin.

“Yes,” he answered.

I moved back a step, only to be reminded that the third man was still standing closely behind me.

I closed my eyes.

This couldn’t be real.

“Everyone leave,” the blue-eyed man said. I wondered if he was the one in charge. But it didn’t seem like any of them were in charge of the others.

Fuck, I didn’t know, and I didn’t know if it was a good thing the other two were leaving or not, because it still left me in this room with a man who had at least a foot on me, and who was as wide as I was tall.

I let out a stuttered breath when the door clicked closed, and then the man turned to me, an unreadable expression on his face.

I tried to swallow around the huge lump stuck on my throat, but it didn’t work, and I still felt like I couldn’t breathe properly.

I moved back a step, but there really wasn’t any place to go.

Then he opened his mouth and said, “Bath time, kotyonok.”
