Chapter 12

Neo

Listening to Axel screamlike a little bitch is the highlight of my night, so far. I know the best is yet to come, but I couldn't help myself. I know he hates clowns. A perfect opportunity to fuck with him presented itself, and with Halloween being just last week, it wasn't hard to find the mask. When I told Harlow my idea, she laughed and helped me by keeping everyone else distracted.

Now he's off in the corner, sulking like a kicked puppy. Dude needs to get the fuck over himself and grow a pair. He’s always pissy about something lately. This whole hating Harlow thing is getting really fucking old and has put a strain on this family. While I’ve never been close with Axel, he’s still my cousin. We live together and he works alongside the others. I don't know how he expects to be able to help run the company when his partners are not on good terms with him.

Harlow can handle herself like a boss, and the shit he says when no one is around, she just plays it off. However, every time he insults my Queen, I want to stab him and go all‘Lizzy Borden’on his ass.

“Is it time? Is it time?” I ask excitedly.

“Pet,” she warns me. I’ve already asked her five times, and I can tell I’m starting to get on her nerves, but I can't help it. D-Days are fucking amazing, like getting a lifetime pass to Disneyland. Also, seeing my Queen dripping in blood while singing, dancing, and ridding the evil from this world is the hottest thing ever. And then getting to fuck her brains out while she’s caked in the blood of her enemies is the cherry on the top.

“Look, if you're annoyed with me, just spank me and we’ll call it even.” I give her a naughty grin.

She narrows her eyes at me and points to the massive bulge in my pants. “Stop distracting me.” “Sorry, no can do, babe. I don't have any control over this thing when it comes to you; it's got a mind of its own, and no one can tame this beast,” I purr, pulling her into my arms, and kissing her hard.

“Stop it,” she playfully says, no real protest in her voice. “Soon. We're almost ready. Trust me. It's gonna be worth it.” She bites her lips.

“Fine,” I grumble, giving her lower lip a nip. She grips my hard cock, making me moan out a strangled sound before she lets go, dancing away with a grin and a giggle.

“She's gonna be the death of me.” I sigh, plopping down next to Cass and Dean on the bottom bench of the bleachers.

“And that's a problem all of a sudden?” Dean grins.

“Nah, it would be the sweetest death. I was just pointing it out.” I grin back.

He laughs and shakes his head. “So good news, the company is starting to build clients back up. Old employees that our fathers fucked over are agreeing to come back as we do what we can to show that we are nothing like them. So things are looking up from here.”

“We're keeping it clean though, right?” I ask.

“Of course. Harlow said the money she lent us is from all her legit businesses, so if by some freak chance shit does go south for her, we won't be affected.”

“Nothing willeverhappen to her,” I growl, getting in his face.

“Down, boy.” Cass pushes me back into my seat. “She's too smart for that, but she wants to cover all her bases because of Rosie.”

“Now we just need to find out where the hell our fathers are.” Dean sighs, looking at his phone.

“Why the fuck do you want to find them? They are dead to us. Let them stay that way,” I say.

“I don't want anything to do with them, but I would feel better if we at least knew where they were. You do know that once they find out the company is no longer in debt, they're going to try to stake claim to it and try to take it back,” Cass says.

“Never going to fucking happen. They lost any credibility in this community. Also, who would want to fuck with Harlow? They might be evil and once upon a time they were powerful, but Queenie is bigger and deadlier. They won't stand a chance,” Dean points out.

I tune them out while they continue to talk about boring business bullshit and look around the tent. A truck pulled up about twenty minutes ago with tonight's playmates. Not gonna lie, I love that they showed up in a cattle truck. They don't deserve a dignified death. If anything, they should be honored they were chosen to die in such a fun and festive way.

All were tested and vetted beforehand. It took Evie a little longer than normal to find these guys, but that's my fault. Or should I say Beast’s fault?Fucker went on a rampage and killed everyone Harlow had lined up for the next year. But there's no shortage of pedophiles, rapists, and all-around evil people here in Kingston Heights.

Half of the tent is blocked off, and from the sounds of the screaming and the grunts coming from behind the curtain, from her playmates, I know she's getting set up.But damn, it’s a fucking tease!

Everything goes pitch black and silence descends on us. It’s so dark that I can’t even see my hand when I’m holding it only inches from my face. My heart starts to beat fast, and my body hums with anticipation. This is it.I’m bouncing in my chair as my eyes try to adjust to the darkness in hopes of getting a glimpse of something, anything. The only sounds left are the muffled cries of the playmates and the thudding of my own heart.

A song starts playing, breaking the quiet, and causing Cass to jump in his seat next to me. I bite back a laugh at his reaction.

I know the song right away,Circusby Britney Spears. A favorite of mine. Queenie starts to sing, and the only light in the room is the spotlight that's aimed at Queenie’s black heeled boots. As she walks forward, the spotlight starts to grow bigger and bigger, showing more of her. It travels up her creamy legs, over her curvy hips and as it gets to her breasts, I notice she changed into a ringmaster’s uniform, but it's so much more than a normal one. She has on fishnet stockings, knee-high black boots, and a black bodysuit with a red jacket, her perfect tits proudly on display.

The light reveals her face at the precise moment when the song says ‘I’m like a ringleader.’ She opens her eyes as she gives us a seductive grin.Damn right, she calls the shots, just like the song says.
