Epilogue
“Dare to take chances, follow your dreams, risk it all, fall in love, believe in yourself, ask questions, let go, make mistakes, start over, speak the truth, take responsibility, find happiness, live for today.”

One Month Later…
“Idon’t know how they do it.”
“They’ve had years of practice.”
“Still…you have to admit, it’s kind of cool. I mean…they had almost no time to make it happen.”
“You’ve been watching them do this for years,” Daniel said from beside him. “Why are you so surprised?”
“Are you two done yammering?” Xander asked. “The ceremony is about to start.”
“Yeah, but…aren’t you even the slightest bit amazed?” Knox asked.
“That Daniel’s wife and her two best friends plus my fiancée are all the best damn wedding planners in the business and we’ve watched them practically pull rabbits out of their hats on a moment’s notice? Um…no. Now face forward so we can get started. These damn flowers are aggravating my allergies.”
“Jeez, unclench, dude,” Knox muttered.
“Such a baby,” Daniel added.
“Whatever. You both suck,” Xander said just as the harpist began to play.
After that, Knox wasn’t aware of anything except the fact that Maddie was walking toward him, arm in arm with her mother. Memories of their first wedding came to mind briefly, but the woman walking up the tiny aisle in her mother’s garden would forever be burned into his memory.
She was beautiful and beaming, and the fact that her mother was having a good day simply added to the joy of the occasion.
They had opted for small—his parents, her mom, and just a handful of friends—and in the middle of the garden on a beautiful summer day, he and Maddie said, “I do.”
For the second time.
The last time.
And this time, it was going to be forever.
