"I can't believeyou made me wear this stupid thing!" I snapped as I tugged out the collar around my neck as much as possible and glared at him. "Amadeo saw it and Mrs. Lopez too! What were you thinking?"

Gabriele smirked. "I was thinking you look damn good in it," he said as he laid a hand on my thigh. "And if you try to take it off, I'll yank you over my knee and spank your ass until you beg me to stop." He glanced over at me before he fixed his gaze back on the road. "Besides, what's wrong with people knowing you belong to me? Are you ashamed?"

My face burned. "No," I mumbled.

Gabriele rose a brow. "Are you trying to hide me from someone?" he asked, his grip tightening.

"Ow, no!" I groaned. "You fuck me one time and you become the clingiest man I've ever known," I said as I rolled my eyes.

His grip loosened. "Do you have a problem with that?"

"If I say yes?"

Gabriele grinned. "It won't change anything, but you can say it."

Of course, I had to go and attract the attention of a psychopath.

We pulled up to a huge house sitting behind an impressive gate. Gabriele sat there for a moment after he rolled down the window. The gate opened and he drove up to the house.

"How do they know who you are?" I asked. "You didn't even use the box."

"Don't have to. They know who I am," he said as he parked the car. "I'm going to have this meeting with Ama and I need you to keep your head down and stay out of the way, alright?"

I frowned. "Sounds like I'm just gonna get in the way," I muttered.

"Don't do that," Gabriele said as he reached over and cradled my cheek. "You're not in the way, but this is important. I don't want you caught up in the middle of my problems." He brushed his lips against mine. "My brothers will be here too so just...watch out for them."

I swallowed hard. "Watch out for them? Are they going to do something to me?"

"Besides get on your last nerve? Probably not. But they're idiots and I don't want to have to kill one of them if they hurt you." He frowned. "Or touch you."

"Clingy," I sang.

"Shut. Up."

Gabriele kissed me again and I moaned as he licked at my lip. I jumped as a loud knock rapped on the car window. My heart hammered out of my chest as I turned to see a woman smiling at me.

"You must be Gabe's new toy." She grinned. "He's cute!"

My face burned. "Um, who's that?" I asked as I turned to Gabriele who had furiously opened his door.

"Rayna," he groaned. "My sister."

Woah. She's gorgeous.

"Stop staring," Gabriele growled. "I swear you don't want to keep your eyes, do you?"

Rayna laughed as I stepped out of the car. She tossed long, dark locks over her shoulder and held out a perfectly manicured hand. "Don't let my brother bully you! He can stare all he wants," she teased, her smile making me feel at ease. "Rayna."

I shook her hand. "Calix."

Gabriele ripped our hands apart and yanked me against his body. I stared at him, but he was too busy glaring at his sister who continued to look amused. I shook my head.

"Sorry, he's kind of crazy," I muttered.

"It's a Bianchi men thing," she purred. "They're all nuts."
