“You look very…” Nerves rise up in me as he waits for my answer. He seems just as nervous as me. “What are you nervous for? You’re wearing the ultimate outfit.”

“I am?”

“Mmhmm,” I nod. “Girls drool over gray sweatpants and t-shirts.”

He looks down at his outfit. He seems deep in thought for a bit but finally looks at me and shrugs.

“I don’t care about anyone’s opinion but yours.” His words are as smooth as butter and melt me just as fast. “You’re blushing, Rosaline.”

“It’s your fault,” I pout dramatically, making him laugh. “What should we eat?”

“What are you in the mood for? Are you cooking or me?”

“Um…” I stifle a giggle. “I don’t know how to cook. Do you?”

“Not a clue.” We both laugh. “We can order in, if you’d like.”

“What if we attempt to cook together?” I offer sheepishly. He smiles brightly.

“I love that idea. Are you ready for our first date to officially begin?”

The worddatesounds so much sexier coming out between his luscious lips. But then again, everything sounds seductive when he says it.
