“Are you cold?”

“A little.”

He taps my ass and releases me to climb out of bed, then he pulls the bedcovers out from beneath me and covers my body. “Back in a sec.” I hear the faucet turn on and off in the bathroom and he returns with a washcloth. “Here, let me clean up my mess.” He uncovers me and opens my thighs, wiping my entrance and paying special attention to the surrounding flesh and upper thighs. A smile slowly forms as he studies my pussy, dragging his fingers through the slit from bottom to top, causing me to wince slightly. His eyes glance up to mine before dropping back down, a furrow forming between his brows. “Did I hurt you?”

I shake my head. “No. It’s a little tender, but it’s a good tender.” I smile at the relief that takes over his face. He steps out of the bedroom and returns a few moments later with a glass of water and some Tylenol. “I’ll take the water, but I don’t need the pain relief. I promise I’m okay.” I wink at him. “You said you were going to destroy me. I think we can both agree that you succeeded.”

He huffs out a laugh and shakes his head at me. “Only you, Molly. The fact you don’t need the pain relief suggests I didn’t destroy you at all.” He turns off the bedroom light and climbs into bed, rearranging me to his liking as he curls his body around mine. Planting a kiss to my temple. I swoon internally at his gentle care. “Go to sleep, Dimples. You need your rest.”

“Okay. Night, Max.” I blow out a heavy breath of contentment. Lying in his arms and falling asleep here, with him wrapped around my body, I know I’m safe.

“Night, Dimples.”
