“I don’t know his address, but he’s bought from me before.” The man seemed more inclined to speak to Capone, even though it had beenhisidea to puncture Konstantin’s eye now rather than later. I felt a bit slighted, but at least we were getting answers. “His name is Weatherby Dalton-Jones IV. He works on Wall Street.” He gasped for breath. “I swear, that’s all I know.”
“And you sold mywahine’s best friend to him? You’re sure?”
He nodded as best he could in Aftermath’s grip. “I’m sure. He’s got a thing for Japanese women.”
“Thank you,” I said before jamming the hook into his right eyeball. The man shouted loud enough to make my ears ring before passing out. “Rude,” I snapped. Aftermath stepped back, since he no longer had to hold Konstantin’s head. “Call Red and Neo. I want to know everything about this Weatherby fucker. And what the fuck kind of name is Weatherby anyway?”
“Not really sure you’re the person to ask that question, Ally Hippie,” Aftermath said as he walked away, pulling out his phone.
I shrugged, “Not one of his best, but touché.” I glanced down at Kensi. “Be a dear and pass me up some more hooks. We need to hurry this along. Where is Yonkers anyway?”
“New York,” Capone answered, crossing his arms over his chest. “It’s about twenty minutes outside the city, and there’s a Chapter of Royal Bastards there. Run by a man named Hurricane, if I remember right. You can take our plane. It’ll get you there faster.”
I nodded my appreciation.
Capone scratched his chin. “You know, this whole ‘death by a thousand hooks’ thing doesn’t work so well when he’s passed out like that.”
“Oh, don’t worry,” I said with confidence. “He’ll wake up again soon. Might want to get a gag ready now that we have what we need.” The man’s cry of agony as I pierced his dick could have been heard for miles. “Huh.” I looked up at Tangaloa. “Apparently, it is the dick that hurts more. Good to know.”
Chapter Fifteen
Icalled Lu from the plane. I didn’t like how alert she sounded. I scowled into the phone. “Hokupa?a, why are you awake?”
“Because you’re not here beside me.”
“Hang on, baby.” I turned to Tangaloa next to me. Capone’s plane had lush leather seats, and a fucking wet bar. Honestly, the only thing it was missing in my opinion was a stripper pole. “Give me your phone. I want to video with Lu.”
Tangaloa started to pull his phone out of his pocket and then paused. “Wait, are you going to have phone sex with her?”
“Probably,” I answered honestly.
Tangaloa grumbled and slapped his phone down into my open palm. “I’m telling Neo to give you my old phone. I want the new one.” He got up and moved to sit by Tommy. “Don’t get cum all over it!”
Into my phone, I said, “Lu, I’m going to call you back from Tangaloa’s phone.” Before she could say anything, I hung up my ridiculous phone and typed in Tangaloa’s passcode. Fucker used his birthday, and Neo made fun of me?
She answered right away. It was fucking amazing to see her face. She looked tired, with purplish bags under her eyes.
I frowned. “How’re you feeling? Bacon says you’ve been throwing up a lot.”
Lu glared into the screen. “Bacon needs to mind his own damn business. Pregnant women throw up! According to the books, it’s normal and not an excessive amount. It should stop in a few weeks.”
“I sent you ginger gummies. You need to be taking them.” Technically, Tangaloa sent them, because my dumbass phone didn’t have internet capabilities, but that was beside the point.
The view on the camera changed to show me the nightstand in our bedroom at Bacon’s house. Beside the lamp were the ginger gummies, a glass of water, an empty plastic bucket, paper towels, and an open can of sardines.
When she flipped the view back around, she gave me a look that told me I was being bossy. Tough shit. She was mywahineand carrying my baby. “I’ve been taking them as needed. I’ve also been taking my prenatal vitamins, my boobs hurt, and I have been extremely gassy.”
“Oh, is that what we’ve been smelling?” came from over my shoulder. I turned to see one of the twins leaning around my headrest.
The other twin leaned over the other side. “Out of curiosity, which end has been the gassiest?”
“Enough!” I shouted. “Lolos, the both of you. Go away. This is a private conversation.”
They laughed. “We’re on an enclosed plane. Where would you like us to go?”
“Somewhere that involves a parachute,” I snapped over my shoulder. The only reason I wasn’t getting violent with them was because Lu was trying her damnedest not to laugh at their antics.
“Bye, Lu!” the one on my right said with a wave. I could see him behind me in the little square of myself on the screen.
