I grunt, releasing into her as she cries out in pleasure.
Fuck, I’ve been missing out.
Spent, I fall against Ari, exhausted and satisfied in a way I’ve never been before.
“Ari,” I whisper, my hand roving her body. I can’t get enough of her.
“That was…crazy,” she says in a voice barely above a whisper.
I decide not to dwell on the lack of protection. I don’t want to ruin the moment, and she was fully aware of what we were doing.
I kiss her forehead, relishing the scent of her sex still lingering in the air. “What can I say? I’m crazy about you.”
She rolls into me, and I circle my arms around her protectively.
For the first time in my life, I feel content.
Arinessa
Wakingup after my sexual debut has me buzzing with energy. Now that I know the sinful delights of Hunter’s flesh, I want nothing more than to explore his body and all the pleasures it has to offer.
But that’s not technically why I’m here. Hunter has a problem. One that only I know about, and I’m determined to do everything I can to help him.
After ordering up breakfast, we make our way over to the table after a morning of cuddling. His scent lingers on my flesh, mixing with the smell of our sex in the air. It’s the ultimate aphrodisiac, and I’m hoping to reward my good work with a lunchtime interlude.
Unfortunately, I soon realize that the work I’m doing is not good. It’s one thing to try to solve a cold case, but this isn’t that. Threats have been made.
“We have to tell your father.“
“That’s what I’ve been trying to avoid, remember?”
“Whatever it is she wants can’t be good, and your family has to be prepared for the fallout coming their way.”
His face hardens, his eyes growing dark. “No. We’re not asking them for help.”
“But why?”
He answers with silence.
Nothing I say is going to convince him to rope his father in, so I decide to drop it and look at the folder titled: Rand.
I reread its properties for the thousandth time, trying to figure out an attack that could possibly circumvent the security measures. “What if this is just some practical joke she planted, knowing that no one would ever be able to open it?”
“Doubtful. I have a feeling that if we crack this folder, we crack the case.”
“Yeah, but the password is twenty-eight characters and cycles through to a different preset code with each attempt at it.”
“It was a method she pioneered,” Hunter says. “It follows some puzzle-pattern that she set it to.”
He flips through a file, though it’s easy to see he’s not actually reading it.
“Does Davies Corporation have ways around it?”
Hunter’s mouth twitches to the side. “There are a few home-brewed methods for hacking, but if we use them on a file inside the Davies’ system, it will trigger an alarm, alerting my father to our trespass.”
“What if we hack into the system from the outside?”
“Pardon?”
