When he finally lifted his head, his mouth and chin glistened with her arousal, his breathing rough, his eyes dark with a hunger that made her insides tighten. His gaze locked on hers and didn’t waver.

“Look at me,” he said, the low command threading through her, leaving no room for disobedience.

She did, her breath quick and uneven.

“Breathe,” he murmured, his lips brushing hers. “You taste so good… and you’re going to feel even better.”

Then he pushed inside her—slow, deep, steady—stretching her until she felt every inch, until there was nothing between them but heat and need. She cried out softly, nails digging into his shoulders, and he groaned low in his chest, his head dropping to her shoulder.

“God… you’re so tight,” he panted. “Like you were made for me.”

Her legs locked around his waist, pulling him deeper. “I was,” she whispered, voice breaking. “I am.”

He moved again, drawing out until she almost ached with emptiness before sinking back in. “You feel that?” he breathed against her ear. “That’s mine. All of it.”

She moaned, hips rising to meet his, the slow rhythm turning into something more urgent. Each thrust was harder, faster, the bed starting to creak beneath them.

“Tell me you’re mine,” he demanded, his mouth tracing fire down her throat.

“I’m yours,” she gasped. “Always.”

A growl rumbled from deep in his chest. “Say it again.”

“I’m yours!” she cried as he drove into her, harder now, faster, the sound of their bodies colliding filling the room. Her nails scraped down his back, leaving red trails that made him hiss in pleasure.

He shifted, angling his hips, and she nearly screamed when he hit that spot deep inside her. “Right there?” he rasped.

“Yes—oh God—don’t stop!” she begged, her voice trembling.

He didn’t. His thrusts became relentless, his hand gripping her jaw to keep her eyes on him. “Look at me while you fall apart. I want to see it.”

Her head tipped back, lips parting, the sounds spilling from her raw and unrestrained. “You’re going to—oh—”

“Come with me,” he ordered, pressing his forehead to hers, his breath ragged. “Now, baby. Let go.”

Her release tore through her, her body clenching around him in pulsing waves, dragging him over the edge with her. Hisgroan was deep, guttural, his hips snapping into hers one last time as he buried himself to the hilt, spilling into her while holding her as though letting go wasn’t an option.

But he didn’t stop moving—slowing his thrusts but keeping that deep, deliberate rhythm, coaxing every last tremor from her until she was trembling beneath him, crying out again, her body unable to recover before another smaller wave rolled through.

“That’s it,” he whispered, kissing her hard. “Give me all of it.”

She clung to him, gasping, her voice broken. “I can’t—”

“Yes, you can,” he said, his hips still rolling, deep and unyielding. “You’re mine. You take everything I give you.”

Her answer was a choked moan as her nails dug in again, her body surrendering completely, lost in the heat and the sound of him breathing her name like a prayer and a curse all at once.

He stayed inside her, both of them trembling, sweat slicking their skin, their hearts beating in frantic unison. His lips pressed against her shoulder, her fingers curling into his hair as if she could anchor him there forever.

They lay tangled together, hearts still racing, the weight of what had passed between them settling around them like a blanket. She felt him trace lazy patterns on her skin, and she was unwilling to break the spell of intimacy that surrounded them.

But reality had a way of intruding, and eventually, she felt his mind turn back to the problems they still faced. The rival who had orchestrated her kidnapping. The attacks on both their families’ operations. The tangled web of violence and revenge that still threatened everything they’d built together.

“There’s something else we need to discuss,” he said finally, his voice careful. “About the attack on my operation.”

She tensed against him, but didn’t pull away. “What about it?”

“All the evidence points to your family being involved.” The words sounded bitter in his mouth. “The timing, the methods used, the fact that Viktor managed to get inside...”
