Starsburst behind her shut eyes, and Sana clutched his head as she felt her bodygive away to the pleasure. Using all of her strength to keep the sound withinand not cry out, her body went limp against him. But Zach did not let her fall. His strong grip at her waist held her with ease as she sagged against the doorand rode the shuddering waves of aftershock his tongue caused.
Pullingaway with a final kiss to her damp curls, Zach gently placed her back on herfeet and stood. Carefully, he adjusted her to rights, slipping her panties andcrumpled skirt back into place.
Tiredlyshe leaned against him and looked up at his glistening, smiling mouth."Now, tell me once more to ease my nervous heart. Who do you belongto?"
Tiredlyshe wrapped her arms around his neck and brought his mouth to hers. She kissedhim slowly and purposefully, stroking her tongue across his, tasting herself onhim, as his hands gripped at her waist. "You," she answeredbreathlessly against his mouth. "I belong to you."

Theywere sitting on the old abandoned boat at the beach again. With very few placesaround town that offered privacy, this place had become a frequent haunt forthem. This time, Sana thought ahead and covered the bottom of the boat whereshe sat with a generous cushioning of sand and her towel, making the spot quitecomfortable. Along the edges of the boat were remnants of the food she hadhidden in her backpack for their picnic. A few wrapped sandwiches, a bag ofchips, and a tub of hummus, along with various fruit and bottles of water; thefood was light and perfect for the hot summer day.
Sanaclosed her eyes at the feeling of Zach's long fingers gliding through her hair. The feeling as his blunt fingers gently scraped her scalp before pullingthrough her silken hair made gooseflesh run along her arms and shiver pass overher despite the heat of the day.
"So,what are you going to do now? Now that you've graduated," she asked.
Aboveher, she could not only hear the scoffing sound he made low in his throat butcould feel the gentle vibrations through his body where her arms rested overeither of his thighs. "Well, the way my uncle has been talking, a bunch ofshit I don't want to do."
Turningslightly, she looked up at him from her spot between his legs with confusion.“What do you mean?"
Notmeeting her gaze, Zach looked beyond her at the lapping ocean a few yards away."Nothing," he shook his head. "It's not important, just somestupid family tradition stuff. But if you're asking me beyond that as in whatdo I want to do with my life, well…" he grinned and looked a bit sheepish.
"Oh,come on," she smiled, turning around completely now, using his strongthighs for leverage. Standing on her knees now, she looked up at him and gavehim a commanding grin. "You got to tell me. You can't just leave mehanging like that."
Grinningback at her, he cupped her head and smoothed down her silky hair. "It'sgoing to sound so fucking lame, so don't laugh. Ok?"
Sanacrossed her heart. "I won't, I promise."
Givingher a dubious look and Zach tilted his gaze back up at the ocean over her head."I…" he hesitated, pressing his lips together in a firm line beforecoming to some internal decision. "Well, I didn’t want this before, notwhen I lived in LA. Back then, I imagined myself traveling the world and justdoing me, you know?"
Sananodded. She could see that from him.
"Butwhen I moved here," he continued, "and found out all the family I hadhere in Tarki and not to mention in Antor Falls and some in Gaulding, I…I kindof changed my mind." He shrugged, and she could see how much thisconfession meant to him.
Wantingto live in a quiet town full of his family probably seemed lame to someone likeZach, especially considering the fast pace life he used to live and is wellsuited for. She didn't think it was lame, though, quite the opposite, but shedidn't want to interrupt him by telling him so at this moment.
Squeezinghis thighs in silent support, she hoped he could feel that she understood as hecontinued to speak. "I like seeing all the men in my family taking care oftheir families," he admitted with a gruff sigh as he placed his hands overhers. "And I like seeing them working hard to make these three townsthrive. Though, I will never admit this to any of them, especially my goddamnuncle…I really like being surrounded by them."
Sana'sheart melted at that.
"Andso, I guess I want that for myself," he said, his eyes sharpening as hefocused on her. "What do you want?"
Thoughtsof her parents’ goals and plans for her life appeared in her head, and shewilted a little. Sinking down to her butt against the rowboat, she gave him asad little smile. "I don't dare try to plan for my future," shemurmured weakly. "You know how my family is."
Zachgave her a solemn nod of understanding as his hands tightened over hers insilent support.
"But,"she hesitated and licked her lips nervously. "I do know that I wantyou," she admitted softly.
Zach'sopen and relieved smile felt like balm to her soul as it soothed away any ofher lingering doubts about his feelings. Tugging at her arms, he lifted her upback to her knees and leaned forward until their lips met. Closing her eyes,Sana let his mouth work over hers in slow, demanding need while his handscupped her neck.
"Bythe way, sweetheart," he pulled back with a grumble. "Never fuckingsit like this with any dude ever, ok. Just looking at you like this gives me agoddamn semi."
Sana'seyes widened as the meaning of his words took root in her mind and began toburn a trail of heat through her. Protected by the large formation of lavarock, the abandoned boat sat privately tucked away in their own little worldsurrounded by tall sandy dunes and rock, no one could see them unless they walkedaround the rock formation to the right of them.
Droppingher gaze to his lap, Sana bit her bottom lip. "I would…I would do it ifyou taught me," she told him quietly.
Nomovements nor sounds passed between them, just an endless silence stretchingforward. Sana swallowed the lump of nervous energy in her throat.Self-conscious and suddenly very aware of herself, she could only stare at herhand that had been gripping his jean thigh. What she said must have soundedridiculous, she thought as heat crawled up the back of her neck. Feeling beyondfoolish, she began to pull her hand from him when his hands covered hers, locking them in place.
Lookingup sharply, Sana's stomach slowly unknotted, and the embarrassed heat in herbody changed into a warm flush as she watched Zach's pupils constrict withinthe golden pools of his eyes. A dark need shined back at her with whisperingcarnal promises that made her body ache. Her eyes swept over the strong set ofhis jaw and down the corded strength of his neck and watched his Adam's applebob as he swallowed. His grip on her hands flexed.
