Her her body began to tighten.
"That's it baby cum for me," he growled in her ear, opening her legs wider.
Helpless to his command, Lasette felt her body spiral off the edgein a shattering release something she never experienced before.
Rocking once more into her relaxing body Dorian gave off a loudgroan as his hips slammed against hers pulsing his release inside of her.Flirting with the edge of consciousness and the deep black void of sleep, shefelt him kiss her softly while adjusting her limp body beneath his as he caughthis breath. Somewhere in her mind, she thought she heard him say something, butit was too late she was already falling into the blackness.
Chapter 7
Light streamed in from the windows causing her to stir, groaningshe turned deeper into the pillow. Why in the world did she leave her curtainsopen? She normally never opened her bedroom curtains, she hated morning lightwhile sleeping. Sleep was a divine thing and should never be disturbed at allcost.
The warm radiating presence next to her pulled her from herexhaustion.
With his head facing away from her Lasette let last night'smemories replay in her mind. There was no regret nor embarrassment at theirspur of the moment act. No, what she felt was far more startling, a deeplonging aching in her chest for this man. Slipping out of the bed she pulled onthe pullover Dorian wore last night and tiptoed out of the room.
Walking into the living room she was relieved to see that thepower was back on, maybe civilization was returning to normal. Looking out thewindow, she could see that the snow stopped coming down leaving everythingblanketed in thick white clouds of snow. Unplugging her phone from the chargerLasette walked down the unexplored hallway she noticed last night.
Stopping in the first empty bedroom she softly closed the doorbehind her, she needed a few moments to get her thoughts together. Lastnight…God, where did she begin? Last night was probably the most shockinglytraumatic night she ever experienced. But she would do it all over again ifthat meant spending the night in Dorian's arms again. Walking towards thefrosty window her bare feet and legs trembled at the cold and maybe even fromthe thought of him. Leaning against the windows edge, she felt her stomach knotwith worry as she wondered what happens next.
She really knew nothing about the man sleeping in the other room, she wasn't sure if he considered this a one-time occurrence or did he want totry and give "them" a shot. Was he even a relationship type of guy?Was that something he even wanted? He seemed possessive enough last night.
The vibration of her phone caught her attention. Smiling she readall of Corey's raving text varying from panicking to downright anger. Judgingby the texts, she could tell the angry portion were after her phone call withhim last night since most of them mentioned not letting that"bastard" touch her.
Replying to some of her friends' texts she stopped when she readLance's worried text. Tilting her head to the side in thought, Lasette decidedto call him rather than text back.
Turning toward the window, she dialed his number and waited as itrang. A gust of warm air from the vent above made her shiver reminding her ofher nudity underneath the large pullover.
Lance answered.
"Hi, I just wanted to let you know I'm all right."
She could hear the worry in his voice as he expressed his relief.A part of her felt bad for what she was about to do. The problem was there justwasn't any chemistry between them. Sure he was cute, and they got along butthat was about it—it was nothing like what she experienced with Dorian.
"Thank you, Lance I really appreciate it. It was a crappynight, and I am just now getting a signal," she lied partly.
Saying he understood he began to tell her about his own experiencein the outage last night.
The electric static feeling on the back of her neck made her awareof the presence behind her. Whipping around Lasette's eyes went wide when shesaw Dorian standing dressed only in sweats at the doorway. Standing stone stillhe gave her an unreadable look, his gray eyes piercing directly into hers.
Lance mentioned telling her more tomorrow at their scheduled date.
Averting her gaze from Dorian's she tried to quickly continue thecall. "Well that's what I wanted to talk to you about," she said in alower tone, self-conscious by Dorian's domineering presence. "I won't beable to make our date."
Lance began to question if everything was all right when Dorianbegan walking towards her. The storm in his eyes moments ago seemed to change, there was an unrecognizable glint in his eyes. Startled by his advance Lasettebumped into the wall behind her as he stopped in front of her.
There was silence on the phone, Lance was waiting for her torespond.
"Umm, I just… I mean I'm fine," she said breathlessly asshe watched Dorian lower to his haunches before her. "I just thought aboutit more, and I don't think I'm a good fit for you."
By now she was only catching every other word Lance was saying, she was far too focused on Dorian's movements to pay attention.
Pushing the pullover sweater up he came face-to-face with herbrown curls. Spreading her legs apart he placed scorching hot kisses around heraching hot center sending waves of anticipating torture throughout her body.
Pressing the phone to her breast, she pleaded silently in astrained whisper. "Please Dorian stop."
He ignored her, spreading her lips with one hand before pressinghis lips directly to her swollen clit. Pressing the phone tighter to herself, she let out a low moan. Reflexively she arched her back wanting more contact.
Dorian stood up in response.
