"Don't make me come over there and pick you up, Aria," I demand but she is still glaring at me with the gun pointed at me.
"I don't even know you. What makes you think I would ever go with you?" I clench my jaw before walking towards her. She shoots the gun, but I dodge it and grab the gun out of her hand before tucking it in my trousers. I grab her and pick her up to throw her over my good shoulder. "Put me down!" Aria says while banging her fists against my back.
What the fuck is wrong with her?
"Leo, send a guy down here to get Dante!" I yell at Leo while I hear a bang go off in one section of the house.
I sent Jared and Josh here a few days ago to put out bombs all around the house and only a few are going off right now, so we need to leave.
I walk to Leo, and he has his gun in his hand while guarding the door.
Aria is still trying to get out of my grip.
Leo furrows his eyebrows at her as I walk past him. "What's wrong with her?" Leo asks.
"I don't know. But get one of the men down here to get Dante's body so that we can leave."
"You're not just going to kill him now?"
"Aria will kill him at the house," I state before walking away from Leo and back upstairs.
Alex and I came up with a plan to come in here to get Aria. After we get her, we are going to set off bombs all around the house which was Alex's idea. I decided to have Jared and Josh place some firebombs around the house but those aren't going off until all of my men are out of the house.
"Let me go you asshole!" Aria screams while still trying to fight against me.
"Aria, stop. You know me," I say while walking through the house.
All of Dante's men are dead. I don't know how Dante didn't figure out we would be here or how he didn't hear us killing everyone.
God, I can't wait for Aria to kill him.
"No, I don't! Let me go!" she yells while still trying to get out of my hold. I walk towards the front door that is wide open. "If you don't let me, go, I'll fucking kill you!"
"I’d like to see you tryamore."
I walk towards the car and then open the door. I get her off my shoulder and put her inside the car before getting in as well.
I close the car door and then take out my phone before dialing Leo's phone number.
"Getting out now," Leo says once he answers the phone.
"Meet me at the airport. Aria and I are in the car and on our way there. Did the guys get Dante?"
"Yes. He is in the car with them now."
"Good. Make sure they don't let him out of their sight."
"Copy. I'll see you there."
I hang up the phone at the same time I feel a gun barrel against my head and then hear a click sound.
I slowly turn my head and see Aria holding a gun, pointing it at me, against my head.
What the fuck?
Twice.
I swear if this weren’t Aria, the love of my fucking life, the only reason I want to stay in this fucked up world, I would have killed her.
