Sitting up, he ignored the drying come on his body and dropped his head into his hands, his tentacles wrapping around his arms, then his head snapped up when he heard a soft knock on his front door. Jumping up, he ran into the bathroom and grabbed a towel to wipe his body, then rushed back into the bedroom and quickly dressed and shoved his tentacles in his hat.By the time he ran to the door, he was hot and bothered. Taking a deep breath, he opened it and smiled when he saw Justin stood there. “Hi.”

“I was wondering if you wanted to eat.” Justin shifted on his feet, his nerves evident. “You know. With me. Tonight. I have steak. Do you like steak?”

“Steak would be great. Do you want me to bring anything?”

“No, I have everything, but thanks for offering. Say fifteen minutes or do you need longer?”

“I’ll be there in fifteen and thank you for asking me.”

Justin smiled, then turned back to his cabin and Eteriion closed the door, then sagged back against it, a smile curving his lips. “I have a date. I think.” Looking down at his rumpled clothes, he grinned. “I have fifteen minutes to find something to wear that will impress the gorgeous human next door.”

Chapter Five

He’d done it. He’d asked the handsome man in the next cabin on a date. Kind of. Maybe. Was it a date? Eteriion had said yes and was coming over to eat the food Justin was going to cook. That made it a date. Shaking out his hands as he blew out his breath, Justin stared at the kitchen. “Shit.” He hadn’t had a first date in years and Simon was nowhere near as gorgeous as the man next door.

Steak. He’d offered to cook steak. And what? Baked potatoes. He had some of those ready baked ones that you heated up in the oven. Those and some green beans and maybe a salad, too. Oh, and a nice bottle of wine. Red. Now that he had an idea in his head, Justin nodded and grabbed what he needed. Within minutes he had the potatoes cooking, and the salad washed, then he jogged to the bedroom to freshen up.

A quick wash, then Justin brushed his teeth before spraying on some deodorant. He finished just as there was a knock on the door, and after taking several deep breaths, Justin walked over and opened it. Looking up, he stared into Eteriion’s eyes and smiled. “Come in.” Eteriion walked inside and Justin’s eyesdropped to his jean covered ass, licking his lips at the luscious mounds he wanted to see naked.

“Thank you for the invite.” Eteriion held out a bottle of red wine.

Taking it, Justin smiled. “You’re welcome, and thanks for the wine. Let me open this so it can breathe. How do you like your steak?”

Eteriion licked his lips. “Rare.”

“I’m more of a medium rare.”

“Yeah, I like it, er, bloody.”

“Nothing wrong with that. I had a friend who liked his steak blue with warm blood poured over it.” Justin grimaced. “Not nice to watch, but each to their own.” Justin walked into the kitchen and opened a couple of drawers until he found the bottle opener. Once he had the wine open, he turned back to Eteriion, jumping slightly at how close the man was. He hadn’t heard him move. “Can I get you anything while we wait?”

“A glass of water will be nice.” Justin’s eyes lifted to the large hat Eteriion wore. “I get cold easily.”

“And you live here.” Chuckling, Justin found some glasses and poured Eteriion his drink. “The hats help?”

“They do.” Eteriion took the glass from Justin and smiled. “How long did you say you were staying for?”

“Two weeks.” Justin watched Eteriion’s Adam's apple move as he swallowed and licked his lips before spinning around. “I’ve made the salad and the potatoes are cooking, so it’s just the steak and green beans. I have chocolate cake for after.”

“That sounds delicious.” The low words vibrated through Justin and his dick hardened in his jeans. “Are you okay?”

“Who, me?” Justin turned slowly, hoping Eteriion didn’t notice the bulge in his jeans. When his eyes dropped, Justin moved to the fridge and yanked the door open. “I’ll start now then.”

“Justin.”

Justin paused as he put the bag of green beans on the counter. “Yeah?”

“Turn around.”

“Is something wrong?” Justin gripped the edge of the counter but made himself turn around and smile politely. Shit. Eteriion had noticed, and now Justin had to deal with it.

Moving closer, Eteriion dropped his head and ran his nose along Justin’s neck. “You smell nice.” The low words had Justin’s dick twitching in his jeans, and he gulped as Eteriion’s hands held him by the hips. “I like the way you smell.”

“Yeah?” Justin coughed to clear his throat. “You do?”

Eteriion’s hands moved to the front of Justin’s jeans and popped the button. “Do you know what I want to do?” The sound of Justin’s zipper being opened filled the air. “Do you?”

“What?” Justin closed his eyes when Eteriion’s lips skimmed across his own.
