Tristan spoke, “Alexander and Ladybug haven’t had their Hackura ceremony, and she’s not marked. He was just angry that his mate's mother was about to die. That’s not abnormal. None of that means my sister is the white wolf.”
I dramatically inclined my head and turned my whole body to the Black Mountain group. I hummed, “Which leads us to the secret keepers of Black Mountain. The white wolf can supposedly mark her mate in two ways.”
“The obvious one with her teeth, which we know hasn’t happened. The second is with her electricity, which creates a tattoo on both of their heels to match their wolves. They feel each other’s emotions. Now, I do believe when the Mini Moody SGAP got his wings, I heard that MelAshley was screaming the pain was burning her. Did she not?”
Sam was pale but whispered, “Yes, we thought she was going to shift.” I gestured to LSGAP saying, “So let’s throw it to LSGAP, the ridiculously good looking gets everything in life, secret keeper. Does your son have a tattoo of the full moon on his foot?”
EJ answered, “No, he doesn’t.” I raised an eyebrow. That was evasive. Fang laughed, “It was very evasive and everyone knows it.” LSGAP prick continued, “Alexander has a half-moon and three stars on his feet and paws when he shifts.” That kind of made it all better. Fang snickered.
Lacy linked me, “Aww, that is going to make you so happy. You’ll just have to get pictures for your memo.” I agreed, “Right you are. That’s so much better than a full moon. Think of howDavis’s face would’ve looked when he found out the tattoo was wrong. That is why they missed Travis’s shift, after all. They wanted to know about the dang tattoo.” Idiots. Fang growled, “Let’s not think about them.” Agreed.
I laughed saying out loud, “OH MY GOD! That is so much better than what I thought it was. That’s just something I must see this tattoo because that is HILARIOUS. The strongest Enforcer toeverlive has a half-moon and three stars permanent, never fading, tattoo on his foot. That makes it all better.”
“Anywho, MelAshley can link anyone in a pack that she wants regardless of being part of the pack. Can’t she? Because a piece of a goddess resides in her she can call to anyone in a pack. Which is how she never figured out she wasn’t part of Black Path.”
“I wondered about that a lot. Because we knew MelAshley didn’t break with Red Run and no Fairy was allowed in Black Path to use my super special, awesome charm King Fire Hands used specifically for Moi.”
Elise sighed, “I don’t think that will make Ladybug happy about the piece of the goddess part. She doesn’t like Selene.” I snorted, “I said a goddess. I didn’t say the goddess was Selene. The White Wolf is a goddess in herself.”
“The legend turned to part of Selene, but the original texts state that it’s a separate goddess, who is actually Selene’s younger sister. I never had the name, but clearly it’s Freya.” Fang agreed, “It is. Freya is Selene’s sister.” Wowza.
Drake shouted, “No! That white wolf CANNOT be my daughter. Melanie has suffered ENOUGH! If what you're saying is true, then people WILL come after her. We didn’t kill everyone that was here, so they saw her!”
I answered, “Freya can suppress her scent so they don’t know who she is. My lovely brother and I put that together first. I REFUSE to give any credit to LSGAP for figuring it out beforeme, even if he did. It was the Frosts’, we are the winners. It is decreed.”
“Plus, the unconscious, horrid man at your feet would’ve said MelAshley’s name if he knew it was her. Which isn’t that just a kick in the teeth, slap your ass fantastic? The Ring had A LITERAL LEGEND in their hands, but they had no idea. It’s a little funny.” No one laughed.
I sighed, “Not even a chuckle? Blue Moon, I am deeply disappointed in you. The ultimate bad didn’t know they had an electric, probably now pink, wolf. It’s ironic. Back to my proof because the McAlister’s are still on the fence even though they know that I know that we all know they know it’s MelAshley.”
My Special Fun Sized Fairy Ninja goddess said, “The McAlister’s are firmly on the damn ground, my friend Dylan.” I smiled, “Silly me, right you are. Anyway, MelAshley is fast, but she’s getting faster. The white wolf took off out of here like a shot. Or the speed of light.”
“Who do else do we know that is that fast? I can only think of one non-Hood member, who is a Beta, that hasn’t shifted who fits the criteria and it’s MelAshley. THEN the icing on the very pretty cake I’m making you is the eyes.”
“Did anyone LOOK into or at the eyes of the white wolf? Because the white wolf’s eyes reflect that of the human because they are not like other wolves. It is BOTH of them in charge in wolf form. I myself noticed that wolf has a pair of striking interesting pale green eyes. I’ve only met one person with eyes like that. How about you, Drake?”
The poor man was going extremely pale. Travis sighed, “He’s going to pass out.” I snorted, “Now, you hush. Drake won’t pass out, he’s a Beta wolf. So, he’ll simply sit down.” At that moment Drake dropped down on his butt and put his head into his hands.
I smiled, “It’s so fun being right, everyone else should try it. Except LSGAP over there. There is none of the joy of beingright left for you. You have enough. Back to my evidence.” Peter groaned, “There’s more?” I scoffed, “Of course there is.” Fang laughed.
I told them, “There’s the look of longing said white wolf shot MMSGAP, you know her mate, because she wanted to run to him to heal Sam, but our Super Special Fun Sized Fairy Ninja Goddess was just closer.”
“THEN THE MOTHER FLIPPING CHERRY ON TOP is that untrained the white wolf can heal her mate’s wolf and one other. Who has their wolves at his moment? Well, that would be MMSGAP and LSGAP.”
Black Mountains wolves started howling. I rolled my eyes grumbling, “Well, MMSGAP wanted to be the exclamation point. Because that my friends is an ‘our Luna’s been marked’ howl if I’ve heard one. Why hasn’t MMSGAP marked our beloved long lost Melashley? Because she hadn’t shifted.”
I tapped my chin, “Now, who did he chase out of here running faster than he normally does? The probably pink wolf, that’s who. Which in case anyone is curious, once the mate of the white wolf is found they get faster to keep up with their lightning fast mate.”
“Oh, and I do believe I’ve heard a rumor that our little MelAshley has always believed our very MMSGAP was her mate. In fact, most recently I heard it’s been since she was three years old and acquired a certain wolf that looks like someone else’s. Is that not true?”
Drake sighed, “Melanie has had the toy wolf that looks like Alexander’s wolf since she was three, yes.” I turned to Elise, “Bring it home for me, Elise. MelAshley has ALWAYS called MMSGAP hers, correct? I’ll bet she even INSISTED he was hers.”
Elise nodded admitting, “Yes, that’s true. Since Ladybug was three, she has called him her Xander and said he was hers.” Isighed, “People should tell me these things.” Drake growled, “It was a crush that worked out. What of it?”
I laughed, “No, it was not a crush that worked out. The white wolf knows their mate instinctually. It can be that they hear their name, see them in person, or in a picture. It is a gift given to the white wolf as a way to protect her and get them to their mate as quickly as possible all so they are protected.”
“In MelAshley’s case, we know they didn’t meet. So, once she was old enough for things to click in her mind, she knew MMSGAP was hers. I’d imagine she probably argued with people about it. MelAshley most likely would get annoyed when people said she was wrong, or she cried.”
