Ziggy said, “I know that look. It’s your worried about Ladybug look. She’s back now and she’s having fun.” Tank said, “I should’ve been doing this for years. I would’ve been with Melanie at school dances.” Oden growled, “With us.” That was true. Or Melanie would’ve been with Adeline.

I tried to ease his guilt, “You got that dance teacher fired.” Ziggy agreed, “You did, Tank. You made Melanie feel like someone was on her side. You know you did.” Tank snorted, “That bitch needs to be found. I looked her up, and it was a damn alias.” I told him, “We can easily do that.”

I waved Micah over. and joined us. I said, “There was an old dance teacher of Melanie’s we need to find.” Tank grumbled, “She was definitely in on the plot. Now, I feel like shit because we know she did something to another Warrior of ours who was sleeping with her.”

I left them to that conversation when I spotted my little sister and Klaus. I walked over teasing her, “You are mischievous, little sister.” Angela smiled, “It looks just like I saw it in my vision.” She winked at me.

I laughed, “I’m sure it does.” Angela said, “I wanted to see someone else too. She’s very pretty.” I figured she was talking about Kingsley. Angela snickered. I asked, “What?” Klaus answered, “You lost your mate, Alexander.”

I whirled around and scanned the crowd even though I knew Klaus was telling the truth. Melanie was nowhere to be seen. Angela waved, “Goodbye, big brother.” My little sister grabbed Klaus’ hand and popped away. I knew she was still here though.

Oden said, “Snow is probably wherever Kingsley is.” I spotted someone who could help me. My oldest cousin. Hastein was still in the gym, and our eyes locked. He heard Angela and I talking. So, there was no doubt he was going to follow.

I left the gym, following my bond with Melanie, and found her in a science classroom. Angela was gone by the time I got there. I smiled and wrapped my arms around my wife. I greeted my cousin’s mate, “Hello, Kingsley.”

Kingsley smiled, “Melanie’s Xander.” My new found cousin’s eyes lit up when she looked past me. She ran, rather quickly, and flung herself into Hastein’s arms. Melanie beamed at them both. Kingsley whispered, “I missed you, H.” Hastein told her, “I missed you more.”

Melanie asked me, “Xander… does Hastein have a Fairy created sanctuary in the Hackura realm that only he can enter?” I replied, “Not that I made, but that doesn’t mean he doesn'thave one.” Hastein laughed, “Aunt Haley created me one. She said every future King needs a place he can go where he can be safe, alone, and unfuckingdisturbed.” That sounded like my mother.

Melanie winked at Kingsley. Kingsley asked, “Can you show it to me, big boy?” Hastein’s eyes brightened, “Of course.” I said, “Goodbye, cousin. Enjoy your evening.” Hastein chuckled, “I will because I’m with my beautiful mate.” He opened a portal, and they were gone.

Melanie came over to me. I asked, “What was the clandestine meeting about?” Melanie laughed, “If I told you, it wouldn’t be clandestine. By definition… it’s a secret meeting.” I acknowledged, “That’s true. I’m guessing it was work related then.” Melanie nodded.

My wife asked, “Do you think we will visit Faerie anytime soon?” I answered, “We can visit after the holidays.” Melanie sighed but nodded. The holidays weren’t too far away at this point, but I could tell she really wanted to go. Maybe we could honeymoon there. There was so much I wanted to show her there.

I led her back to the gym and danced several dances with her before the girls took her away to dance together. They had some choreographed dances I was going to ask about. They taught the other girls while the guys chatted.

Dalton was fidgeting. I snorted, “Man, go ask your mate the question you want to ask before you turn into the most anxious wolf around.” Dalton snorted, “Says the guy whose mate has been in love with him since she was three. Ladybug hadn’t even met you yet and she gone over on you.”

I laughed, “Yes, and it’s a high bar to be the most anxious wolf around when my wife is involved. Your mate loves you, go.” Dalton questioned, “Do you think now is a good time?” Ianswered, “Yes, since I told you to go.” Dalton shot me a look but walked over to Paige.

A slower song came on as Dalton led Paige away from the girls. We could all hear him though. Melanie ran over to me linking, “Is he proposing?!” I answered, “He is.” Melanie clapped and bounced up and down. I had to force my eyes away from her breasts.

Paige’s gasp drew my attention. Dalton was down on one knee. Tears filled Paige’s eyes, and she said, “Of course I’ll marry you! I was beginning to think you weren’t going to ask.” I laughed as Dalton slid the ring on her finger.

I snapped us all champagne and howled in celebration with my family and Dalton’s. The girls instantly surrounded Paige. After things settled down, I used the attention on Paige and Dalton to slip out with Melanie.

My wife asked, “Where are we going?” I led her to an empty classroom, picked her up, and put her on the teacher's desk. Oden said, “This is one of your best ideas.” I rolled my eyes at him. I whispered in her ear, “I’m stealing a moment with my mate at the dance.” I lightly nibbled on her ear then kissed and gently sucked on her neck.

Melanie moaned softly as her scent intensified. The smell of her arousal was driving me mad. I kissed her lips gently and her arms wrapped around my neck. I slid my hand up her thigh, gently tracing her skin. I trailed my fingers along her underwear, finding her soaking wet.

I moved it out of the way and slid my finger inside her. Melanie gasped and I slid my tongue into her mouth. I used my other hand to gently cup the breast that had been teasing me. Melanie began to pant. I slowly drove her over the edge.

When she came, I kissed her forehead and told her, “You look so beautiful when you come apart for me.” My wife blushed. I withdrew my hand and led her back to the gym. Jason linked me,“Go wash your damn hands, you pervert. I can smell my sister all over you and it’s disturbing.”

I snorted replying, “She’s my wife.” Jason shot me a look. I told Melanie, “I’ll be right back.” She nodded and I left the gym. When I finished washing my hands, I began to feel foggy. I linked Oden, “What the hell?” Oden answered, “I don’t know.”

I fell to my knees feeling like I just had to close my eyes. I vaguely heard someone calling for me before I felt the tingles on my skin. I whispered, “I just have to close my eyes.” Then I was out like a light.

I woke up to Everly laughing. Tristan said, “I had hoped it was you, Everly.” I bolted up asking, “What the hell is going on?” Everly frowned, “Alexander? What are you doing in here? You were just outside.”

I groaned, “The Ribbon isn’t supposed to take me if I’m awake! Now the damn thing can make me tired and send me places? Because waiting for me to fall asleep is too damn convenient?! Son of a bitch.”

Tristan gasped, “Wait, the Ribbon? You met your mate? Congratulations, man.” We heard a commotion outside. I heard my own growl and a hit. My eyes widened in horror because I knew what this event was.

I asked, “T, is this Elise’s Luna Ceremony?” Tristan nodded. I ran to the door. I yelled, “FOLLOW ME NOW, T!” Tristan groaned but I could hear the both of them following me. I burst out the door and yelled, “EVERYBODY STOP!”

The other me whirled around. His eyes filled with hope now that I was here. I could see the anger, frustration still behind them. Angela popped to me and whispered, “You can fix it.” I nodded, “I’ll fix it, little one. This wasn’t your fault.”
