Accompaniment of the Client to all social, familial, and professional events as the Client deems necessary during the Term.
Enactment of public displays of affection as outlined in Section 8D.
Payment & Taxes.The Client agrees to pay Fiancée$1,000,000$5,000,000.00as a flat fee for performing the Service for a total of four months, with an additional bonus of the same amount at six months or until one of the other conditions of the agreementis met, whichever comes first. A nonrefundable retainer of ten percent of the fee will be deposited into the Fiancée’s bank account upon signature of the Contract. The client shall make the final payment after the service is performed as a direct deposit to the Fiancée’s bank account and will additionally assume responsibility for all income taxes.
Return of Property.All property provided by the Client in addition to the Payment will also be kept by the Fiancée, including, but not limited to, clothing, jewelry, real estate, cars, makeup, accessories, and any other items purchased for Fiancée during the Term.
Confidentiality.The Fiancée acknowledges and agrees that all information pertaining to the Agreement, financial and accounting records, lists of property owned by Client, including amounts paid, therefore, clients and customer lists, and any other data and information related to the Client’s business or the Contract is CONFIDENTIAL. Therefore, the Fiancée shall not, during the Term of this Agreement or after its termination, disclose any Confidential Information for the benefit of the Fiancée or any other person, except with the prior written consent of the Client, for the remainder of her life and accepts personal liability of up to $200,000,000.00 if she breaks Confidentiality.
Alcohol and Drugs.The Fiancée agrees that alcohol and drugs may be present at any given time during the Term of the Contract, but agrees not to partakein any substances without the express consent and/or direction of the Client. Imbibing alcohol or illegal substances during the contractual period without the Client’s consent also releases the Client from any liability over the Fiancée when she is under the influence of any kind of substance.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Image Requirements. The Fiancée agrees to maintain immaculate grooming and hygiene as determined by The Client during the Term. A separate Stylist will be hired during the Term to manage the following elements of the Client’s personal style:
Personal grooming, including skin, hair (including body hair removal), spray tanning;
