Service Provider:Simone Bishop (“Fiancée”), and
Client:Brendan Black (“Client”).
The Fiancée and Client are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein,BRENDAN BLACKhiresSIMONE BISHOPto work as a pseudo-Fiancée under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the Parties:
Term. The term of this agreement shall commence upon signature and be terminated upon the Servicebeing completed by the Fiancée if and when ANY of the following conditions are met:
Four months minimum and six months maximum from the date of signature; OR
The Client is named Chief Executive Officer of Blackguard Holding, Inc.
The Service.The Fiancée agrees to provide the following, hereinafter known as the “Service”:
Public representation of herself as ENGAGED TO BE MARRIED to the Client, including to all family, personal friends, coworkers, acquaintances, members of the press, and any others she may encounter during the Term.
Cohabitation with the Client in his place of residence throughout the Term, with the understanding that:
All rents, utilities, and other bills associated with the Fiancée’s legal place of residence will be paid for in addition to the agreed Payment Amount.
