It’s a role that doesn’t require me managing people which can only be a good thing. I’m fine at managing people, but it is not where my passion lies.
Where does it lie? Just teaching?
Yes and no. I like teaching, but I like learning more. My real passion lies in getting back to my PhD.
Which is about?
It will surprise you to know that I, someone who called herself a Shakespeare specialist, is doing a PhD in Shakespeare. Specifically women. I will not bore you with the details at nearly midnight your time

I just got back to the flat after shadowing the night shift and seeing how they do things at Vivi’s. Midnight isn’t late to me

Naturally no, which is a nightmare because those 8am lectures have historically been a killer
They’re fine when you can just roll in and pretend to learn. But when you actually have to teach? Hell on Earth.
