“I’m right here, you know, no need to talk about me like I can't freaking hear you,”I whisper-shout in her head right as she’s starting to pull herself out of the door and she bangs her head against the roof. Laughing, I keep my face still as she turns around and Charlee comes to check on her.
“You know you have to get all the way out of the car right before you lift your head?” Charlee laughs, and Quinn just shakes her head.
“Yeah, guess I thought I was further out than I really was.” She laughs it off before slamming the door shut, and I can’t hear anymore of the conversation. Rounding the front of the car, she gets in and we pull out of the lot. The entire ride to her house is quiet, and it makes me wonder what’s going through that beautiful dark head of hers.
As soon as she carries me to her bedroom and sets me down, she turns towards her bathroom and slams the door.My beautifully broken little Quinn Reaper, whatever is on your mind and has you upset, Sadie will fix. Chapter 6 - Quinn
The deadly little spider crept out of Sadie’s hair.
Spun a web of torment–and you never spoke again.
Shadows drowned the room, the final light was gone.
Pray you never see him. And if you do… don’t scream.
That’s all I hear playing over and over again, like a song on repeat in my dream. Tossing and turning, I try to get it to go away, but it seems to just get louder. Then I feel something warm wrap around me, almost like a blanket with a featherlight touch. The smell is off though, it doesn’t smell like anything from my room, it smells like smoke, like something is on fire.
“You will right the wrongs of the ones who wronged Savannah. She will get her revenge, and it starts with your mom,” I hear Sadie say, and it’s like she’s speaking to the darkest parts of me and waiting for that side to answer.
“Come, Little Ruin, we have people to kill. Time’s wasting,” Kai whispers, his voice so close I can feel his breath on my neck, and it causes goosebumps to litter my skin.
Sitting up, I scoot to the end of the bed and slide my shoes onto my feet. Almost like I’m on autopilot. Standing, I walk to the door and grab my hoodie, pulling it over my head before opening my bedroom door. Quietly, I take the stairs down to the front door and turn the handle.
Gently, I open the door, spinning on my heels and walking to my parked car on the side of the street. I’m not sure how, but it’s like my body knows what to do as I start the car and put it in drive. I’d love to know how they get my body to bend to their will, when I clearly have no control or say-so in the matter.
We’re driving around, and it’s not until we pull into Lee’s driveway that I know exactly why we are here. “No way, we can leave now! Take me back home,” I spit, but Sadie and Kai just stare at me like they can’t hear a word I’m saying.
“Let’s go, Quinn Reaper. Time to get your revenge, my sweet girl.” Sadie giggles, and my body moves of its own accord, yet again. This damn doll, I have got to figure her out.
Moving quietly through the front of the house and up to the door, it’s pitch black out. Not a single light in sight.God, I hope one of them can see well in the dark, because I’ll be the first to bust my ass,is all I can think of as Kai's shadows wrap around the doorknob, and next thing I know, the door is creaking open.
Stepping into the house, Sadie nods her head for me to follow like she already knows the way. Following behind her, she leads us to the back of the house, then we come to a stop in front of what I assume is a bedroom door. I can already tell it’s Lee’s room by the way the door is decorated in his football number.
“Open it, Little Ruin,” Kai whispers, as I reach out for the knob. Twisting it, I slowly step inside and see Lee sleeping on his bed. Not a single fuck to give. He doesn’t care that he touches girls without their permission, to him it's just a feel. To us, that feel he got is everything now that makes us uncomfortable.It wasn’t just that, it was the name-calling and body shaming, because I don’t fit in like every other girl.
Mindlessly, I walk up to his bed and watch as he sleeps peacefully. His breaths come evenly, like he has no care in the world, and he probably doesn’t. Climbing on top of his body, I straddle him and watch as he rubs the sleep from his eyes with a groan. Once he opens them, they go wide, and he looks shocked to see me.
“What the fuck, Quinn, why are you here? And in my bed?” he pops off and I just shrug and tilt my head a little.
“I’m not really sure, but I know we’re going to have fun. Well, I am anyway. Remember all those horrible things you said to me? How you would grab my ass and try to put your hands in my pants? Well, I’m here to set shit straight. You don’t get to push me around anymore. Actually, you’re done bullying anyone ever again,” I spit as I grab the blade from my ankle holder and bring it up to his throat.
He bucks his hips underneath me, but something grabs hold of him and holds him down. He looks up at me with pleading eyes, and just like with Stacie, there’s not a single fuck for me to give.
“Wait. Wait, wait, wait. I’m sorry, Quinn. I-I…” He doesn’t even get to finish as I watch my deadly little spider crawl into his mouth. I peek down and watch as Kai spins his web, covering his throat, making it hard for him to take a breath. He disappears. I back up and watch as he comes out of Lee’s nose, his web trailing behind him.That’ll never be comfortable to watch.I shiver at the thought.
Lee starts struggling for breath and choking, bringing my blade back up to his throat. I look him in the eyes. Then drag the cool metal across his skin, blood covering me in the process. It may make me crazy, but the feel of their blood on my skin is the best part of it. Knowing that I silenced them and they won’t be able to hurt anyone again, especially me. Makes it just feel good.
“You want to cum don’t you, Little Ruin?” Kai’s shadows wrap around me like he already knows the answer.And he keeps calling me Little Ruin tonight, I’ll have to figure out why later.

After a few seconds, the whole temperature of the room has dropped, and Lee is one solid sheet of ice.What in the actual hell?!
