“Fuck no,” he growls and starts moving, his mouth just a breath from mine.

All I can do is hold on to him, arms around his neck, my legs circling his waist.

The only sounds that fill the room is our ragged breathing mixing with the slapping sounds of him thrusting inside me, along with my moans and his growly groans.

On the brink of an orgasm, Aziz moves, thrusting faster as he buries his head in my neck. I arch to give him better access without thinking of what that might mean.

Between one second and the next, Aziz sinks his teeth into my neck. His mouth pulls and draws there, sending the most intoxicating sensation coursing through my body. My release rushes through me, and I cling to Aziz tighter, wishing for the moment to never end.

I don’t know how long he’d been latched to my neck, but when his teeth released, he lifted his head to meet my eyes again.I saw they were back to normal, the blood red circling them was gone.

“Mine,Agápi, all fucking mine.”

“Yours,” I agree.

Aziz reclaims my lips, and he starts moving inside me all over again.

The morning light filters through the open blinds, and I find myself alone. Rolling, I stretch, feeling the coolness of the sheets. A part of me wonders if last night had been nothing more than a dream, but my eyes catch sight of a piece of paper, and I lift it to see what it says.

Agápi,

I wish not to have to leave you so early, but though I can withstand the sun to an extent, there were things I needed to take care of this morning. Call me when you wake. I’ll look forward to hearing your voice and seeing you this evening.

At the bottom of the note, he left me his number.

A smile curls at the way he’d written the wordAgápi. I knew it meant the word love, and I like the way he said it while he’d been inside me.

Reaching up to my neck, my smile grows bigger at the memory of the way he’d bitten me. At one point in the night, I’d bitten him as well.

It was erotic and so intense, a trill of excitement rushes through me just thinking about it.

Looking at the time, I sigh, knowing I need to get ready. I’m scheduled to work at the library today and I don’t have time to waste. I overslept by an hour.

Throwing the covers back, I get out of bed and get ready for the day. I pick out another sweater. This a white and black stripe with buttons down the front. I pair it with a black tank top. For bottoms, I go with black form-fitting slacks. Shoe-wise wise I go with a pair of my rounded-toe heels. Simple and not a big deal. I brush my hair, one last time in my mirror, check my makeup, and nod.

Ready.

I grab the note off my bed, go in search of my purse, which I’d dropped somewhere between my door and the room last night. I find it sitting on the little table I keep off to the side of the front door. I guess Aziz must have picked it up for me. Grabbing it, I look inside, find my phone, and make sure I have my portable charger in my bag. I was going to need that since I didn’t charge it last night like I usually do.

Knowing I wasn’t going to have time for coffee, I headed out of the house into the bright sunlight. I blink at the brightness and smile. After such an amazing night with Aziz, it’s the perfect way to start the day. The only thing that would have made things better is to have him there when I woke—that and maybe coffee in bed.

As I walk down the street toward town, the coffee shop being my destination, I type Aziz’s number in my phone, save it, then pull up a message. I didn’t want to call him, and him be busy. Or worse, call him and he tells me that last night was all a mistake.

On that thought, my fingers pause, and I wonder if that’s what he’d really think.

Regardless, I decide to still text him.

Me:Morning.

After hitting send, I realize I probably should tell him who the number belongs to.

Me:BTW, this is Jett.

Instead of getting a text back, my phone rings, Aziz’s name on the screen.

I answer it with a “Hey.”

“Morning, little one,” he says in greeting. “You didn’t call me when you woke up.”
