“No cleaning up yet, little female,” I say. “When I return for the night, I want to find you still covered in my seed. If you clean up even a small amount in my absence, I will punish you severely. Do you understand?”

Her face goes white, but she soon nods. “Yes, I-I understand.”

“Good.” I lean down to kiss her forehead. “I will return as soon as I can. You may put a robe on if you get cold, but absolutely no cleaning up. I want you to feel the stickiness of my seed covering you for the rest of the day—a reminder that youfluxxingbelong to me and no other.”

Chapter20

ELLIE

I flush asI squirm on the sofa, my pussy sore from the hard pounding Tornn just gave me. He’s been gone for about an hour, and I’m still shocked that he forbade me from cleaning up.

I’m wearing an oversized robe I found in his closet. It’s soft and comfortable, but the fabric keeps sticking to my back, my arms, and my legs. I glance at the clock, hoping he returns sooner than expected. Will he allow me to bathe once he returns? Or will he claim me again and cover me in more of his seed before he eventually allows me to clean up?

As I look around the room, my gaze falls on my tablet, and a sense of unease spreads through me.Nathan. Is there a message waiting for me? Guilt flows through me and not for the first time, I consider deleting the texting program from the device.

Doesn’t he realize how powerful the Darrvasons are? I can’t fathom anyone on theJansonnacoming up with a plan to defeat the aliens. Tornn recently told me about the virus contained in the hypospray and how it failed, and I’m certain the Darrvasons will make sure the next group of human women don’t bring any contraband aboard their vessels.

TheJansonnahas a few missiles left in its arsenal, but from what Nathan has told me, it sounds like all the Darrvason vessels possess high-tech shields. And even if theJansonnamanaged to strike and incapacitate one of the alien ships, other vessels in the Darrvason fleet would be quick to retaliate. All those aboard the worldship would meet a swift but brutal end.

More and more, I find myself hoping Nathan’s insistence that we’ll see one another again one day is nothing but foolish talk. That maybe he’s only vaguely aware of a plot or two against the Darrvasons that will never actually get off the ground—like the many whispers about overthrowing my uncle and the handful of disorganized attempts to usurp his command.

I sigh and turn on my tablet, frowning at the screen when I see a message is in fact waiting for me.

Ellie,I’m sorry that I can’t give you a time frame or any details. You need to stop asking. Just trust me. You still trust me, don’t you?

I stareat his latest message, unsure of how to respond.

Tornn’s handsome face keeps appearing in my mind, and it’s impossible to stop thinking about him when my pussy aches from his claiming and his seed is drying on my skin.

I can’t imagine sharing the same sexual activities that Tornn and I have enjoyed with my former fiancé. I can’t even imagine kissing Nathan again. Is it possible we only shared a deep friendship that I mistook for love?

My feelings for Nathan aside, I want my mother and sister to remain unharmed. I want them safely settled on a planet. If someone from theJansonnaattacks the Darrvasons, the entire alliance might be jeopardized. The Darrvasons foiled the virus, but what if the next attack kills a few of the aliens? I doubt Tornn’s people would turn the other cheek. Without a doubt, I know they would retaliate.

I finally type a reply.

You needto listen to me, Nathan. Whatever you’re doing, STOP IT. No more plotting against the Darrvasons. It’s not worth it, and you’ll never succeed.

I want my mother, sister, and friends safely settled on a planet where they can start new lives. If the alliance is broken, that might never happen.

Darrvasons mate for life, and none of the thirty alien males who have already claimed human women will stand by and allow their mating unions to be threatened. Darrvason males are possessive and will stop at nothing to protect their mates.

Please reconsider what you’re doing. Please give up your hope of seeing me again. I’m not yours anymore, Nathan.

Please do whatever you can to convince your accomplices to honor the alliance.

I swallowhard and stare at the reply I just typed, my finger hovering over thesendbutton. Nathan isn’t going to like my response, though his opinion doesn’t really bother me. That’s not why I’m hesitating to presssend. I’m hesitating because he’s my final link to theJansonnaand its occupants.

The final link to my mother and sister.

He hasn’t yet invited them to his quarters so they might use his personal comm and speak with me—he keeps making excuses whenever I ask—but he at least provides me with daily updates about how they’re doing.

But I remind myself that my mother and sister’s safety is more important than the possibility of speaking with them again, and I finally presssend.

Nathan’s response flashes on the screen a few minutes later, and his words gut me. Okay, maybe his opinion still matters to me somewhat.

It soundslike you’re siding with the Darrvasons. Which means you’re a traitor to your people, Ellie.

Do you like spreading your legs and being rutted like an animal by your alien mate?
