Finally, it ebbs.

Lennox is out of me, and sweeps me around into his arms. He carries me over to a huge pile of bean bags in the corner of the studio. Asa lies down, and Lennox places me next to him, then cuddles up on my other side.

They kiss and pet me. I’m still coming down from the incredible orgasms, and am not making much sense.

“That was… I feel…”

“Perfect,” whispers Asa, as he strokes my hair.

“Like the man said,” says Lennox, kissing my forehead.

HARMONY

Ithink we all snooze for a little while. I come to when the boys start shifting around on the bean bags.

“You got your equilibrium back baby?” asks Asa, walking to the studio fridge and pulling out beers. He holds one up and looks at me questioningly.

“Please.” I’ve built up quite the thirst, as it happens.

He takes the lid off then passes me a bottle, Lennox takes vodka from the freezer. I watch him take a swig and pass it on to Asa.

Lennox has a devilish look in his eye.

“Waldo’s gone for the day, and has tomorrow off, so it’s just us here for the next thirty-six hours—fancy a sleepover?”

Yes? No?

I came for lunch, got commissioned to do lyrics with Mercury Rising, and had my first three-way. And now? Now I have to go and fill spreadsheets. My latest assignment has to be turned in tomorrow.

Shit.

Though, maybe this is a good thing? Slow things down a little. And also there is Einstein. Don’t want to leave him on his own, not that he enjoys my company. I’ve sent away for an ‘GPS-Tag’. I’m going to let Einstein roam free, but also track his grumpy cat ass.

The studio door opens and Hugo walks in. He gets himself a beer. Seeing him makes me feel really awkward. Surely he is aware of what we just got up to?

“A sleepover sounds…interesting,” I say. “But here is the thing, I have a job. And even though it is stupid and boring, I can’t just ditch. It’s my only income.”

“Babe…” Lennox drawls. “Sweet baby, we’ll pay you mucho to work with us on the lyrics.”

“Agreed,” says Asa.

“Listen guys, I don't feel comfortable being paid for just trying to spit-ball lyrics with you. Getting a little royalty seems legit, but not just having fun coming up with words.”

“Sweetheart, we’ll make you earn every penny!”

“And that is another reason, Asa. If you gave me money after…”

Then I’d feel like a prostitute, I don't say out loud. But they all know what I mean.

“Don’t pressure her, dickheads,” says Hugo. “Respect that Harmony has to work for fucks sake.”

I throw Hugo a grateful look.

“And as for getting payments for working on songs, why don’t we revisit that in a couple days, when the atmosphere is less… charged?”

“Grandpa Hugo is right,” Lennox sighs. “Can we walk you home? You do your work, but get back together tomorrow morning?”

I do some calculating. “Can I text you? I don’t know how long I'll need to work, I'm crazy behind.”
