I might resurrect for a sec just to smash ya wife
All my niggas Gang Gang, bout that savage life
We might make any anything happen if the cash is right
Had a dream there was money with my name on it
Time to hit the next level, throw some fame on it
Bad bitches steady up and down my call log
Next to jealous opportunist that remain phony
Man... this shit ain’t for every nigga
Fam ain’t universal you can’t pose for every picture
You can’t save all yo’ money and save every stripper
My only intention is just to dick her, and never miss her
So, miss me with the dumb shit
Begging ass bum shit
Money come fast but a nigga never come quick
If she got that great great, I might have to fund rent
Then ride your dream car into the sunset.?
“Ooooowee!” Ill One sang as he jumped to his feet. He bounced up and down repeatedly, fists pumping in the air. “This motherfucka a banger!!”
Moses and I were sitting on the couch, bouncing our heads along to the trap beat and the sick verses that he had laid for his song,The Songs of Moses. My baby was definitely a wordsmith and had some bangers in his catalog, but this new song right here was the shit! It was classic trap music that would have the chicks twerking and the guys trappin’ to it. But the lyrics had so much meaning that even the hip hop heads had to respect it.
“We gotta shoot a video for this, like right now!” Ill One was still ranting and raving and dancing to the beat.
Eli looked at Moses as he sat in a chair across from us. “You down?”
Moses’ thick eyebrows curled. “For what? The video?”
“Hell yeah,” Ill One chimed in.
Moses shrugged and pushed his locs out of his face. “I don’t know, man. My old manager handled all of that, but we ain’t rockin’ no more.”
“Did I ask you that?” Eli probed with a grin. “I asked you were you down, that’s it.”
Moses looked back and forth between Eli’s grin and Ill One’s. Then he shrugged. “Hell yeah, I’m down.”
Eli brought his hands together, happily. “Bet. We’re going to shoot a dope ass video, get people talking, and put this in the hands of some key people. You’re on your way with this one, Moses.”
Eli and Ill One happily shook hands and started talkingabout the details of the video while Moses leaned over into my space and whispered, “You good?”
“Yeah,” I smiled. “I’m so happy for you. This song is dope.”
“Butareyou good? I want you to be okay with all of this.”
I put a loving hand on his knee and smiled. “All I ask is that you don’t lose focus on me and Trent.”
