Talia hums a little giggle and I gasp at the way it vibrates against me. I sink my hands into her hair and lean my head back against the seat and let Talia’s mouth have at me however she wants.

She drags it out, though. Probably to torture Alex as much as pleasure me. And Alex, the asshole, seems to know when I’m about to cum. His hands are in her hair with mine, and every time I’m almost there he pulls her off, leaving my cock wet and twitching in the cold air of the truck.

I can smell Talia’s arousal. We can all smell it. Both Corso and Reid are stealing glances into the backseat with lust-blown pupils, and Alex is growling at a pitch that has both Talia and me dripping. The scent of my slick is just as heavy in the air as hers.

When he pulls her off again I whimper, I can’t help it. “Do you need to cum, omega?” Alex whispers into my ear, and it occurs to me that this may have been a planned attack. I’ve been concentrating on the pleasure being given and denied to me the whole trip instead of letting myself sink into worry and fear.

Talia grasps my balls and looks up at me, “are you ready to give it to me, princess?”

“Please, yes, let me cum,” I beg. I don’t care. I’m throbbing, and Alex’s unexpected attention in combination with the delight Talia always takes when she makes me insane with need is intoxicating.

Alex growls and shoves Talia down onto my length. He is essentially using her mouth to jerk me off. I’ve never felt anything quite like this, and in less than a minute I’m shooting my release into the back of her throat.

After I finish, she raises up and smiles at me as she swallows whatever is still in her mouth. “What about you?” I ask her with my eyes closed.

“Don’t worry about me,” she says, “we’re almost there, anyway.”

“Don’t fret, peaches, I’ll take good care of her later. Maybe I’ll call you peaches, what do you think of that? I think I like it,” Alex sounds like he’s seriously considering calling me peaches.

I crack my eyes open, “peaches?”

“I think so, you smell kind of like peaches.

“Oranges,” Talia cuts in, “and vanilla.”

“I can call him peaches. What do you think?”

“Devon will hate it,” I smile.

“Then peaches it is.” Alex smiles even harder.

The time spent with Talia’s brother’s pack is intense and busy; but Bianca makes taco spaghetti so that makes it better. By the time we’re leaving to go home for the night, Talia and I have been fitted for every piece of protective gear imaginable, and we have a real, definite, solid plan of attack. There are schematics of the air vent system, and Talia and I feel like we can get to the holding cells from the back door of the building.

“Just a minute,” Marcus says, grabbing Talia’s elbow and stopping us from walking out the door. “I forgot. You and Jasper will need these.” He pulls out a small case from his collection of larger cases.

It’s two pairs of earbuds. “What do they do?” Talia asks as she fingers the set he handed her. I’m holding my set up to my eyes. They look like normal earbuds, but if they came in their own special case they’re anything but normal.

“They emit sounds and pulses that will keep you from responding to an alpha command.”

“That’s ridiculous,” she scoffs, “I’ve never succumbed to an alpha command before.”

But I have. It’s the reason I couldn’t leave the freezer when Devon was upstairs dying.

“Sit down,” Alex barks from across the room, and I sit. I’m not surprised. I’m not even mad. But Talia is both.

“What the fuck.” She hisses from where she is now planted on the floor. It isn’t a question. Cold, writhing anger is building behind her eyes, and she’s directing it all at Alex.

He shrugs, “you can get up.” He says it with just a touch of alpha command, just enough to release the command to sit down.

Talia leaps up and takes a step in Alex’s direction, but I grab her arm. “You had to know. That’s why he did it. So you’d know. We’re lucky. Our alphas will only do it if they have to. You’ve seen omegas who have been so beaten down by alpha commands that they can’t function unless they’re commanded to. He was just showing you how necessary these earbuds are.”

I let her go. She’s still fuming, but she isn’t going after Alex anymore, so I’ll call it a win.

“Where did you get these?” I ask Marcus, “I didn’t even know something like this existed.”

“Nathan is a genius. He made them. That boy even fixed them up to work with any music you upload to them, as well. He had one set, and our guys found the plans on one of Nathan’s hard drives so we could make another pair. Now neither of you will fall victim to an alpha command that will get you killed, kidnapped, or harmed.” Marcus’s eyes are gleaming with pride and pleasure. He really is proud of Nathan for creating them.

My god, if Devon or any of them knew the plan to get our alphas out of the compound is for Talia and I to sneak in through fucking air vents, essentially deaf, and with no more weapons than we can fit into the small pockets on our gear… I can’t even guess the reactions they might have other than absolute refusal.
