“Fuck yeah,” Carlos whispered.
Derrick leaned over their mate, dragging his gaze over her body. “Do you have any idea how hot it is watching you throw your weight around?”
She shook her head, her chest heaving as she panted. The scent of her arousal scented the elevator car. Felix’s phone rang.
“We’re fine,” was all Carlos said before ending the call and shoving the phone back into his pocket.
Savannah went up on her toes and kissed Derrick, her tongue spearing into his mouth. He lifted her and fit his cock right at her entrance.
“Yes?” He dragged his tongue across their mating mark.
“Please,” she panted.
Derrick entered her in one stroke, hissing as she clenched around his length. God, the feel of her. Savannah threw her head back and moaned. He trailed kisses down the front of her body, raking his canines against her skin. He braced them against the wall and he drove into her, gripping her thighs. He ground against her clit with his every stroke, swallowing Savannah’s gasps. Her power rose up, and his panther reacted. His teeth grew in his mouth, fur rippling up and down his arm. He moved his hips faster needing more.
Savannah arched her back, her nails digging into his shoulder. His Beta power brushed against her power and she mewled, her sex flexing, tightening around his cock. Their movements were frantic, their kisses rougher as he deepened his strokes.
“Harder.” She whispered.
He snarled, all too happy to oblige his mate. His chest rumbled as she bit the side of his neck. Their power danced in the space between them, and he lost it. Savannah threw back her head and he gripped her throat between his teeth. The orgasm that rocked through him stole his breath and sent electric shocks across his skin. His mate screamed and her sex locked on him, weakening his knees.
“Shit, shit, shit,” He panted, pumping into her, prolonging their orgasm.
His legs buckled and the two of them tumbled to the floor. Savannah laughed, trailing kisses across his face.
“You’re going to kill me.” He gulped in air, his heart thundering.
Carlos chuckled next to them, holding out his hand. Derrick gently pulled out of Savannah and pushed her up into his co-mate’s arms. Carlos cradled her against his chest, and kissed her. She wrapped her arms around the Alpha’s neck and Derrick watched from the floor.
“My turn,” Carlos whispered.
“In the bed if you please.” Savannah nibbled against his lips.
Derrick snorted.
Carlos hit the button to restart the elevator. “Fine.”

The next evening was life back to normal, or what they could call normal. Savannah sighed in happiness. She sipped her tea, standing at the stove. Dinner was scenting the air, and everything she held dear in her world surrounded her. Derrick was at the kitchen table frowning over ‘new math’ as he helped the kids with homework and Carlos had his own work spread on the other side of the table.
She would do anything to preserve the scene, to keep those close to her safe. Two days ago she’d given serious thought to running away. To leaving the prowl again, all in the slim chance that her aunt’s prophecy would come true. But yesterday, seeing Carlos take care of her son, watching Jamie interact with Ella, made her realize how foolish it would’ve been.
And pointless.
There was no way she could stay away from Carlos and Derrick. Her body was deliciously sore in all the right places. Her mates had put their mark on every part of her body, renewing their claim. She was lucky and she wouldn’t take it for granted again.
Heaven forbid the next person to mess with their family. Everyone turned to her as her power rose, filling the kitchen. Derrick purred, and Carlos growled.
“What in the world were you thinking of, just now?” Derrick arched a brow.
She smiled and shrugged. “I’m thinking sage for the walls.”
Carlos stood and walked to her, his arms banding around her waist. “Paint color, that’s what you’re thinking about?”
His power reached out and surrounded her, his panther flexing against her own power. It did delicious things to her body. She set her tea cup down and kissed him.
“You don’t like sage?” She teased.
“I don’t care what color you paint the walls, love.” He murmured against her lips.
“I want blue for my bedroom,” Jamie called out.
“Oh, can I do purple?” Ella asked.
Carlos grinned at her, and happiness, a soul deep happiness settled over Savannah. She thought about how far she’d come. She’d nearly given them up. She would never be that stupid again.
