But I didn’t want that.

The tears started to fall. I’d know what they had decided the next day, but whether it was yes or no, it was still just about a pregnancy, nothing more.

Nate and Tyler had each other. There was no room for me in their lives.

I couldn’t stop my hands from shaking, and as I pulled my car into a space at the coffeeshop, I wondered what their answer would be.

Was I about to carry a baby for Nate and Tyler, or were the handsome alphas about to tell me that they’d decided to continue the search for a surrogate?

I walked in, several minutes early again. But I saw that Nate and Tyler were already there, with a steaming cup of coffee waiting for me.

I took a seat across from them and took a sip of my coffee. I was going to wait for them to start. Luckily I didn’t have to wait long.

“Hello Rick,” Nate started.

I smiled. “Hi.”

“How are you today?” Tyler asked.

I gave a weak smile. “Honestly? A bit nervous.”

Both alphas reached over the table, and laid a hand on mine. “Don’t be,” Nate said.

“Do you mean…” I started, unable to hold back hope.

Tyler nodded. “We want you to carry our baby.”

“Really?” I asked, relief washing over me even as tears sprung to my eyes.

Nate nodded. “You’re a wonderful man, and we couldn’t imagine a sweeter omega as our surrogate.”

I sniffled, and Tyler moved around the table to take a seat at my side. He draped one arm over my shoulders.

“There’s more,” Tyler said softly.

I sniffled again. “Wh-what?”

Nate wrapped both his hands around one of mine. “This might seem weird, and we hope that it doesn’t make you decide against being our surrogate, but…” he paused and took a deep breath. “We like you Rick, we both like you. We want you as our surrogate, but more as well. We want you as our omega. Will you allow us to court you and see if it’s an arrangement that could work?”

Tears started streaming down my face. Was it true? Could I really have both Nate and Tyler as my alphas?

“Really?” I whispered.

Travis squeezed my shoulder, holding me against him. “Really. You’re an incredible man, and while I never thought I’d need more than Nate and our children in my life, now I can’t imagine you not there as well. So will you let us court you, omega?”

I grabbed a napkin and wiped my tears. “I wanted to be so close to both of you. I was worried you’d reject me, and that would be it. Of course you can court me.”

Nate smiled, crossed to my side of the table and sat on my free side, sliding an arm around my back. “We’d never reject you. We understand that things might not be easy, but maybe that’s why you have two alphas who want you. So that you can finally get the support you need.”

Tyler tipped my chin up and kissed me softly, then he turned my head so that Nate could kiss me as well.

A decade of fear and loneliness seemed to want to come out all at once, and I couldn’t be more grateful as I sat there sobbing between both of my alphas.

Chapter 11 - Nate

Rick was settled in the V between my legs, back against my chest while his legs were propped on Tyler’s thighs.
