I block out whatever else he says as I kiss my omega.

“Mine,” I snarl, pushing my pants down my hips.

“Yes, please,” she whines.

Isolde is so wet, I slide right into her cunt as I kiss her, following her lead.

“Dead men can’t hurt you,” I say, my hips pumping. “They can’t haunt or chase you. If they try, I’ll hold you until they’re gone.”

Isolde cries as her body rides every thrust, and I watch as she falls apart. Her slick covers my dick, and I kiss her again.

“I don’t want to feel them anymore,” she says. “Fuck them out of me.”

“Your wish is my command,” I promise.

I don’t even mind when she aims over my head and kills a man who ventured past the stage.

I know she’s got my six, just like I’ve got hers.

Oliver

“You need to help me get out of here,” the girl whines as she shoves the guns in her hands further into our spines. One wrong move could kill or paralyze us, but we are both sick of waiting.

Count off,Alesso snarls in my mind.

Break her wrist in the count of one…

One!

I follow Alesso’s lead as I turn around and grab the bitch’s wrist, twisting it until it breaks while disarming her. Ophelia’s daughter screams and falls back to the ground like a toddler having a fit. Her feet kick out as she shoves her body back along the ground, her clothes allowing her to slide.

“No you don’t,” I growl, grabbing Avery’s ankle.

Alesso and I fight with her, and he shoots her in the stomach with a snarl to get her to stop moving. Our hold is broken when a man falls back when he’s kicked, and the girl disappears as she slithers along the ground, crying out when someone kicks her.

Alesso and I attempt to catch her again, but she’s lost to the crowd.

“I hope she fucking bleeds out,” he rasps. “Let’s see if we can get to Isolde. Avery’s wrists are both broken and she has a bullet in her gut. Her chances of survival are minimal.”

Alesso is typically the calmer one of the two of us, but tonight has ruined any chance of caution. Kicking back one of the men beside us that’s fighting, he shoots him in the face. The gunshot escalates the violence all around us, and I hear one of our allies yell for death.

Yeah, I can get down with that.

My knuckles are split and bloodied as I fight next to Alesso. Our goal is to get to the stage, but the surge of bodies is pushing us away. I see Tommy, a huge Viking of a man with his blonde hair in a top knot push toward us, and he helps us tear a path through the crowd.

Breathing hard, I turn to thank him, but he’s already gone again.

“The crowd is thinning,” Alesso says, his gaze searching for something. “Absolutely not, you stupid fucking bitch!”

My eyes widen as he takes off, and I chase after him.

“What the fuck did you see?” I hiss. I feel as if I’m chasing a damn squirrel as he goes around a corner into a darker hallway.

Alesso growls under his breath, grabbing someone’s hair as that person attempts to slink off out a side door. My jaw drops as I realize it’s Ophelia. I didn’t see her at all. Alesso lost his calling as a tracker.

“Did you really think you’d be allowed to walk away from this?” he asks. “Oli and I killed your daughter, and we’re going to keep you for Isolde to deal with. I understand that you’ve hurt a lot of people.”

The look of pain as she screams is worth the lie. I hope Avery is trampled by everyone in the outer room and dies, but it hasn’t happened yet.
