Cal sighed. “Probably because you’ve only asked the Wonders in Texas and the surrounding states, Greg. If these guys were in Scotland in the 1700s, they may not have gotten around to targeting the US before now.”
I sucked in a breath. Dammit, Cal was right. We’d been narrowly focused for decades, and we’d mostly stopped communicating with the other magic carriers and Wonders outside our own areas.
“Fuck me. I’ll send you an invite to the Discord server with a list of all the Texas DMs. Some of them have contacts in neighboring states they can share with you. I’ll also ask Dominic if he knows any magic carriers or Wonders outside of Texas.”
“Thanks. I’ll try to keep as much of the scary discussions out of the public forum as I can, okay?”

Hi,@everyone. I’m glad to be here and I look forward to getting to know all of you. But first I need your help with an urgent request. I’m sure you’re all aware of the recent tragic attacks on Wonders. We have reason to believe these attacks have been happening in other areas and countries but just haven’t happened in Texas until now. I need to get in touch with Wonders and magic carriers in as many states and countries as I can to see if I can get more information about who is responsible for these deaths.

Thanks for accepting my friend request. I got your name from Ellis, the Northeast Texas DM. He said he told you we’re looking into some Wonders dying/vanishing. I’m trying to track whoever or whatever is doing this because they had to come from somewhere. Do you have any contacts who are Wonders or magic carriers in other states or countries?

Thanks for accepting my friend request. I got your name from CrazyDan_Okie_DM. I’m investigating a series of deaths and/or disappearances of Wonders, and I believe these have been happening as the perpetrator(s) move across the US. If possible, I need the following information from you:
(1) Do you know of any Wonders who have disappeared or died without their bodies being found? This could be at any time in the past.
(2) Do you have any contacts who are Wonders or magic carriers who live outside of Missouri that I can ask this same question to?

Hi, Cal. It’s so weird because I was just talking about this with a DM in Kansas the other day. Nine years ago I had four Wonders die. We never found their bodies. The DM in Kansas, and I’ll give you her contact info, had something very similar happen around the same time. No one saw anything, and no one knew anything. I hope you can figure this out before it happens again. I also know a DM who moved to Maryland. I’ll send you his username.
