“Shut up, crazy. Where’s the bathroom so I can get something to get him up?”
She pointed toward the door on the left, so I went there. I noticed it had a second door that looked like it led to another room, so I asked her what it was. She said it was a bonus room that she’d turned into a home gym, which explained her toned shape. Sugar was bottom heavy, butshe had a small waist, stomach, and arms. Her breasts looked to be C cups which fit her overall frame.
After getting the moth up, I tossed it in the trash and washed my hands. When I returned to her room, she watched me skeptically as I kicked my shoes off. Sugar crossed her arms in front of her as her eyebrows lifted.
“Uh . . . What are you doing?”
“Finna go to bed.”
“Here?” she shrieked, and I chuckled.
“Yeah. I’m too tired to drive back home.”
“Cassius, I?—”
The sight of my bare chest after I pulled my hoodie off silenced her.
“Which side of the bed you sleep on?” When she didn’t answer me, I added, “Suge.”
“Hmm?”
“What side of the bed do you sleep on?”
She swallowed hard as her eyes lifted from my chest to my eyes. Pointing to the right side of the bed, she slowly walked around to it. I waited until she was inside comfortably to get in and pull her into my arms. My body instantly relaxed against her, and I felt myself drifting off to sleep within seconds.
“Cassius,” she whispered, using a remote to cut the lights out and ceiling fan on.
“Yeah, Suge?”
She turned in my arms and snuggled against me. Her head was under my chin as she tossed her leg around me, and I palmed her ass.
“I like you.”
That made me smile.
“I know. I like you too.”

SUGAR BABY
Iwould have sworn I dreamed last night, but I smelled Cash’s cologne on my bed. He’d also sent me a text letting me know he left early because he had some business to handle. When I texted him back, he told me to expect a delivery at noon. For the whole morning, I’d been curious about what it could be. I went through my usual routine of journaling before having a small snack and working out.
Because of the amount of sweet treats I ate weekly, my workout routine was nonnegotiable. I lifted four days out of the week and ran or walked anywhere from five to ten miles a day five times a week. When I didn’t, I did something active that could count for cardio like dancing, skating, or riding my bike.
When I had a big event like the gala, I took the next three days off so me and my team could unwind. Usually I would get a massage or go shopping, but today, I didn’t want to do anything but rest. As my phone vibrated, I rolledacross the bed to grab it, and I smiled at the sight of Cash’s name.
“Hey,” I answered.
“Hey. My brother is about to drop that package off. He’s the only person I trust outside of my mama to give your address to, and she would’ve asked too many questions.”
I laughed. “Okay. What is he bringing me?”
“You’ll see in a minute. I got a long day today, but I just wanted to hear your voice real quick. I’ll talk to you later, aight?”
“Okay. Have a good day and be safe. Oh! I guess he’s here.”
