She maneuvers my sweatpants out of the way and lowers herself down onto me. God bless America and God bless Stella Starkey—she’s not wearing undergarments. I groan and whisper, “You are a very bad sexy sailor, indeed.”

“Anchors away,” she sings.

I inhale sharply, then hold my breath as I grip that luscious ass and look up at her. We maintain eye contact while she does all the moving—and she barely moves at all, just bearing down, swaying a bit from side to side, front to back, and squeezing—all part of the challenge of not rocking the trailer, but honestly, it’s so hot I might never want to do it any other way.

Finally, I lower my head to kiss her breasts, and we cover each other’s mouths when we come. We remain quiet and it is exquisite and each time I have sex with her I know she fears it will be the last. While we catch our breaths, I put my arms around her back and hold her so close, I wonder if she knows I fear the same thing. I have never felt this way about a fling before, that’s for sure.

“We fit together,” I say in her ear.

“Yes. Like this, we do.”

In all ways, I think. I hate that she doesn’t see that. I brush the hair out of her face and kiss her, softly at first, and then more and more vigorously, as—impossibly—I feel myself slowly growing hard again inside of her.

“Oh my God,” she gasps, as my hips begin to rise. “If your refractory periods are this short now, what were you like when you were eighteen?”

“There weren’t nearly enough beautiful women in sailor costumes on my cock when I was eighteen.” I grin. “It’s you, I swear it.”

I know she doesn’t really believe it, but she takes it. She’ll take what I give her while she can, and I am astonished by how much I’m willing to give her. I just need to her to know that I’m not acting.

Once I’ve changed and we’re both cleaned up, and she’s put on the panties that she kept in her coat pocket, I insist that she put her coat back on and sit on the opposite side of the trailer from me while we chat. I need to get back into professional actor mode soon and I don’t trust my cock around this woman and her sailor costume and her body and her mind and her long dark hair and fragrant smooth skin and the enchanting sweet little noises she makes when she kisses me.

“What’s your schedule like for the next week?” I ask. “I’ve been invited to the mayor’s house for dinner with some other actors and the director and producers. I wish I were allowed to bring a guest, but—”

“I wouldn’t go to that guy’s house even if I were invited, and he’d never invite me anyway.”

I sit back and place my hands behind my head, elbows out. “And why would that be, do tell?”

“Let’s just say I was a vocal supporter of the man who ran against him in the last election—my landlord Whit. I suspect our current mayor is a tad homophobic. Anyway—it’s a nice big Victorian house, I’m sure it will be a nice event.”

“Well. Hopefully we can meet up afterwards.”

“Howisyour co-star Jess? I’ve heard the gossip blogs are excited about ‘JessEvan.’” She doesn’t sound jealous, exactly, but the fact that she’s bringing this up at all does concern me.

“Shit,” I say. “What’d you hear? I’m sorry, darling, my publicist’s assistant sent me an email about it I think but I haven’t bothered to read it yet. Whatever it is, it’s rubbish you know that, right?”

“I do—calm down. There’s pictures of you guys hugging but you’re obviously doing a scene.”

I rub my face with both palms. “God.” I lower my voice. “She’s apparently pissed off because I haven’t been ‘hanging out with the cast and crew enough.’ Whatever. It couldn’t be any less important. She’s fine in the scenes, that’s all that matters.”

Stella exhales, and I think I hear her mutter to herself “Here goes…” before straightening up and saying:“Well, speaking of dinners with other people…”

“Yes?”

“You guys have a break for Thanksgiving, right?”

“We do…” I am holding back a grin.

“Well, if you don’t have anything more interesting planned…”

“I don’t.”

“You don’t know what I’m—”

“Doesn’t matter—I’ll come.” I lean forward, eagerly.

“To Thanksgiving dinner? At my dad’s house? With all my brothers. And Martin’s new girlfriend whom I haven’t met yet.”

“Yes.”
