“I want to.” I met his gaze. “Will you show me what you like?”

He gave me a hard kiss, unbuttoned his pants, and guided my hand to his cock. The soft skin was smooth beneath my palm. He wrapped his hand around mine and stroked our hands over his length. I looked down, fascinated by his hand around mine, around his cock.

His breathing grew ragged as he sped up our strokes. “I’m close. I’m going to cum.”

I moved down and took his tip into my mouth. He moaned, and his hips bucked. Once, twice, then his cum exploded in my mouth. It was salty but somehow tasted right.

He pulled me back up beside him and kissed me. I returned his languid kisses, the flavor of me on his lips mingling with the flavor of him on mine. We lay there, swapping soft kisses until he pulled back with a groan.

“We should shower.” He brushed a piece of hair away from my face. “I told Matthew we’d have dinner with him and Brenda.”

I couldn’t imagine sitting at a table with anyone else right now. How could I not think about what Tobias and I had just done?

Tobias’s slow smile spoke volumes. “I’ll be thinking of you the entire time. I won’t be able to taste the food, remembering how you tasted on my tongue as you came.”

He lifted me from the bed and carried me into the bathroom, setting me down to adjust the water of the shower. He soaped up a cloth and ran it over my body, which reacted instantly, flooding my core again.

Tobias’s hand slipped lower. “We don’t have a lot of time, but I can help you with that.”

By the time we finished in the shower, it was obvious we were late, but Tobias shrugged when I said so. “It’s not uncommon for new mates. It would surprise them if we were on time.”

My face heated. “They’re going to know what we were doing.”

He grinned and winked at me. “Don’t worry. They’ll be happy for us.”

CHAPTER20

Tobias

I struggled to concentrate at dinner. My mind kept replaying what Emma looked like beneath me as I pleasured her, and the feel of her lips around my cock. I knew she was having trouble too, as she blushed every time our eyes met.

Matthew looked amused when I again had to ask him to repeat his question. “Are you taking Emma to the pack run this weekend?”

“We haven’t talked about it yet, but I’m planning to.”

Emma raised a brow. “How can I go to a pack run? I’d never keep up.”

Giggles erupted from Brenda. “We won’t make you run. We have a big barbecue beforehand. The human mates come to that and then hang out while the wolves run.”

“It would be a great chance for you to meet some of the other humans in the pack. I know my mom is making arrangements for you to meet some as well, but it might be nice to talk to them with no wolves present.”

“That’s true.” Brenda nodded. “I love Luna Louisa, but people are on their best behavior in front of her. They may be more open without her around.”

“We’ll need to move the pack run to the eastern side of town.” Matthew shifted the conversation to more serious topics. “If we keep it where it usually is, someone may stray too close to the western border.”

“The barbecue could be in the field behind the school.” Emma took a sip of water. “That way, the town will be between the run and the western side.”

I nodded, happy she felt comfortable enough to join in the planning. “Good idea. Extra patrols will secure pack lands, but Council reinforcements will arrive soon. We don’t want anyone to panic if they encounter an unfamiliar wolf.”

“Where’s your mother going to house them?” Matthew reached for a second helping of potatoes. “

“The guardhouse on the far side of town is almost empty right now.” I turned to Emma. “I know you have class tomorrow, but would you mind skipping the morning? I’d like you to greet them with me when they arrive.”

“That’s fine. I can ask Kylie to fill me in on what I miss. Will I still make training with Danny in the afternoon?”

“You should be able to. They’re expected around ten.”

“Any word from Sebastian?” Matthew asked.
