He shakes his head. “No. Nobody could ever treat you as good as we can. Nobody else could truly appreciate you for who you are, like we do. And no one else could ever love you like I do.”

“Arrow!” I gasp, not expecting him to throw the L word out so quickly.

“I had to say it. I’ve been in love with you since I first saw you standing in the prison cell with hearts in your eyes as you looked at me.”

I laugh and swat at his chest. “I did not have hearts in my eyes!”

“I’m pretty sure the first thing you asked is if I was available.” I roll my eyes and he pulls me even closer. “Let me make something perfectly clear. I am not available to anyone but you. You’re my reason for getting up every day, my reason to smile, my reason for living.”

“Arrow,” I whisper, completely taken off guard by his warm words.

“Tell me you’ll have me, sweetheart. Tell me you love me, too,” he begs as his forehead presses to mine.

“I do love you, Arrow,” I whisper, knowing it to be true. I’ve known I was in love with all four of them for weeks now, if not even longer. He’s right, the second I laid eyes on each of them my body instantly wanted to claim them as mine. If I wasn’t a princess, and they weren’t knights, we would have been together months ago.

“I’m gonna kiss you now,” he whispers before he does just that. He doesn’t start slow like the others did. He demands I open to him and he takes complete control of me as I moan with need. The sensation of fire flowing through my veins has me panting and silently begging for more.

When he sucks on my lower lip, I whimper, wanting him to push me over the edge right now. He pulls back with a smirk and kisses my forehead.

He glances over his shoulder towards where I think Ranger is still standing, then he looks back down at me. “Ranger and I will take first watch.” He turns his head towards Draven andBlaze as he tells them, “You two should take her to bed now, she looks… tired.”

He winks at me before giving me a quick peck. “See you later, sweetheart,” he whispers before moving away.

I get a quick glimpse of Ranger before I’m scooped up by Draven. He looks like he’s a little bit in shock. I’m not really sure what to make of that so I decide not to dwell on it.

He said some really hurtful things about me earlier but it didn’t mean I didn’t still want him. Love was complicated.

In the bedroom, I’m set down on my feet with both my… what were they now? My boyfriends?

“What do I call you?” I ask, the question suddenly bugging me.

“Well, I’m Draven and that’s Blaze.”

I roll my eyes and swat at his chest. “You know what I mean. Are you my… boyfriends?” I scrunch my nose, not liking that word. It wasn’t big enough.

“We’re your mates,” Blaze tells me as he grabs my hand and kisses my fingers.

“Mates… I like that.” I smile up at them as they just stare down at me.

“So… now what?”

They glance at each other, then smirk, as they turn back to me and move in closer. My cheeks get warm and my body tingles with awareness. I wanted to ask what they were doing, but my throat is suddenly dry as I stare up at them.

“It’s up to you,” Draven says, his hand landing on my hip as he fists the fabric into his hand. I swallow heavily as I wait for him to continue. “We can get into bed and go to sleep. Or…”

“Or what?” I ask as I feel him start to pull up the skirt of my dress.

“Or we can get into bed.”

“I don’t think I could sleep right now,” I whisper as Blaze reaches down and grips my skirt.

“Good.” Suddenly my dress is pulled straight up and over my head, tossed somewhere to the side and I’m just left standing there in my tiny panties I made for myself. Because this world had a strange sense of underwear for women, all of it being far too big and unfashionable.

“Fucking hell, Elora,” Draven whispers, his eyes roaming my body. “Now I’ve claimed you, I’m not sure I can stop myself from touching you.”

“Then don’t,” I tell him eagerly.

He literally growls with need. The next thing I know, I’m laying in the middle of the bed with him looming over me. He kisses me, much more fiercely then last time, and I moan as I try to press up against him, needing friction.
