And you’re my prize.
He couldn’t hide his interest, or his nerves, and I was already coming to love how damn expressive he was. I could read his face like an open book.
Desire joined the mix too.
My chest tightened as images assaulted my brain. Fantasies. What it would be like to catch him, to pull down his pants and shove my cock so deep into his little ass that he couldn’t even scream. Or how he’d react once the pleasure took over. Would he claw at me? Buck against me? Plead and whimper?
He swallowed and nodded once. “Okay.”
Okay?
“Give me your best,” he stated. “If you hold back, I’ll make chicken noises—consequences be damned.”
I chuckled quietly. “Fair enough. Remember those safewords, becausestopisn’t one of them.”
He shuddered. “Agreed.”
How far did he think we’d take this?
How far wasIwilling to take this?
I looked out over the tundra and summoned the dogs to me. Prince wasn’t the most obedient companion yet, but Atlas and Cat would keep the rest in check for me.
Atlas reached me first, and I commanded them to stay put.
Then I shifted my gaze back to Kayden. “This is where you run, little one.”
He let out a nervous laugh and took a step backward. “Is this really happening?” Another step, and another. “Am I your little one? Are you gonna chase me? For real?”
I raised a single brow.
“Right,” he chuckled breathily. “Um, talk later, play now.”
It was the order he’d asked for, wasn’t it?
Each step he took triggered a primal response within me. Adrenaline dropped into my bloodstream, ready to surge and heighten my senses.
“Why are you still here, Kayden?”
He hadyikeswritten all over his face before he spun around and took off.
There we go.
I rolled my shoulders and tossed my beanie onto the seat of the ATV, and I cracked my knuckles.
The boy was some twenty feet away when he yelled over his shoulder, “I don’t need much of a head start, old-timer!”
I coughed around a chuckle and shook my head. But he did have a point. With my old hip, this wasn’t going to be an easy jog in a DC park.
A couple seconds later, I was off too. I sucked in a breath and fell into an old, familiar mind-set that sharpened my focus. I saw a target, and I saw the trail that would lead me there. Everything else became blurry. I catalogued hazards on the way—how easy it would be to slip on a moss-covered rock and how I couldn’t take my next step for granted.
The tundra was a fun but risk-filled playground. The ground was soft in some places, rock hard in others. Smooth and rounded here, sharp and jagged there.
I picked up the pace.
It would be a while before my hip caused me grief, so I wasn’t worried.
Heshould be worried, though. He’d only get a taste of my preferences, but it would be enough to make him heel and back off. Or at the very least, ask for a nice chat before we played.
