I moaned. “No dream has ever felt this good.”

Leading her back onto my bed, I kissed her and skimmed my hands down her body. The scent of her arousal drove me wild with desire, and I couldn’t resist tasting her. She moaned and ran her fingers through my hair. Her muscles tightened and her thighs quivered. As she grew closer, my excitement rocketed along with hers.

She shuddered and climaxed, crying out, “Sebastian.”

What a phenomenal sound to hear my name in her beautiful voice at the height of rapture. My cock throbbed with a desperate ache to sink inside her.

She was so wet, I slid in without much resistance. She grasped me, wrapping her long legs around my lower back. We rocked together, moans escalating even more with each frantic thrust. She clamped her limbs more tightly and cried out once more.

As she pulsed around my shaft, the exquisite sensation was too much. The pressure grew too powerful. My canines emerged, but I resisted the urge to mark her. I erupted with a feral growl, almost seeing stars in the blackness.

After I came down, I murmured, “I don’t know where that came from, but I’m glad about it.”

She propped herself on her side and pouted. “I’m not.”

“Why?” My heart sank. “Wasn’t it good for you?” Hadn’t she climaxed twice?

“Oh, it was exceptional,” she replied, eyes blazing with accusation.

I blinked at her. “Your expression isn’t matching your words, and I’m confused.”

She swatted my chest. “You did something to me, didn’t you? Put some sort of sex magic or spell on me somehow.”

I stared at her, and my mouth fell open. “What? I thoughtyouwere the siren.”

She huffed. “I tried to hook up with a guy at the club tonight. I couldn’t.”

I placed my hand on my chest as if it could still my rapidly beating heart. “Don’t tell me things like that, Gianna.” The idea of her with another man pierced me with jealously so sharp, I would have sworn I’d been gutted. “I’m not sure why, but it physically hurts to hear it.”

“I didn’t want him.” Her voice softened. “I wanted you.”

Happiness jumbled inside me. “You did?”

“Yes, but that’s a problem.” She knotted her brows.

“Why?”

“Because…” She raised her hand and flicked her wrist. “Because I’m not interested in a relationship.”

I took her hand and kissed the palm. “Why don’t we explore exactly what you’re interested in?”

“What does that mean?”

Now that I had a chance to have more than the one night she’d promised, I wasn’t going to give it up without a fight. “We can be lovers.”

She bit her lip as she searched my eyes. After a weighted sigh, she said, “No. I can’t commit to anything right now. Not even hot sex.”

“Understood.” Did I? I stared at the ceiling wondering what just happened. Not that I was complaining about her coming here to seduce me.

I turned to her. “What do you want?”

She sighed and dropped her head back onto the pillow. “I wish I knew.”

Gianna

At work that night, I questioned my earlier decision. Did I really turn down the opportunity for more hot encounters with Sebastian?

Maybe it was for the better. Whatever this weird connection was between us was already confusing enough, and I didn’t need any more complications.
